Left: N-deal cannot be reconcciled?
by Bodh Ramdeo on Aug 12, 2007 11:34 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Who cares what these hypocritcal Commies luddites have to say? Their empty threats are just that - empty. Like they say, empty vessels make the most noise.
It seems Indians are the only brainless idiots left on this earth who're stupid enough to still see Communism as the ultimate panacea, the utopian ideal - just listen to all that pukey gobbledegook from people the likes of this RSChaudry person and other of his ilk.
When will these twits grow up and see that communism is dead as a Dodo bird - it has been dumped by everyone, even China, because it has nothing to give execept more poverty, misery and oppression, like in WB and Kerala.
Heck, even thier masters in Beijing dumped this system 3 decdes ago(in favor of 'market socialism'-read capitalism) - this very same destructive commie sytem which totally bakrupted the nation come 1990, forcing the Rao govt to go begging-bowl in hand like a dog to the IMF, for a measly couple billion dollars, to be humiliated even further by being forced to pledge her entire gold reserves plus initiating economic reforms - the fruits of which many Indians are now reaping.
It's time these commie luddites were thrown into the sewer where they belong, otherwise India will forever remain an oppressive, backward, underdeveloped, poverty-stricken land of filth and squalor.

Have you read the 123 agreement or just shooting in the dark. Have you noticed that except the congress, everybody else is opposing the deal.

Taking Position
by Lalatendu Deo on Aug 12, 2007 11:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We expect our elected representatives to be able to decide as to what is good for the country and what is not. They should do such things which will not jeopadise our future. There are instances that just to satisfy selfish esteem, our country's interests are put on an altar.

A thorough discussion on the Nuclear matter is certainly of importance. But as to whether it is a tilt towards US or not is not of that significance. If there is some thing in the final draft which goes against the interest of the country, let us speak of it and weigh the same in the larger context. But just rejecting the draft something without justifying objectively is not done.

We may summararily reject the 123 document, which is designed to guide us through the process of setting up of about a dozen of Power Plants. What alternative we have that can guide us to avoid a possible situation in which we would have a power cut of 18 hours a day. Certainly we neither can build even a single major Dam now, nor we can rely heavily on our depleting Coal Reserve.

If we have to go with nuclear power, then can we deal with any other country other than US? If not, can we extract more from them without taking them to the verge of dis-interest? If not, do we have many better alternatives?

Let us deeply study these first, before TAKING our POSITION.

I think the whole sceintific community, energy experts, foreign policy experts and potical masters (both congress alliance and BJP alliance) were all went through these kind of analysis and came to best conclusion with 123 agreement. Let us not belittle thier effort. Just because the useless commies could not digest US dosen't mean that they can oppose this. Why were they not raising this issue in the last year and half. This deal is not something agreed upon overnight. If commies want's pull the plug on support so be it. They know when a poll is held they cannot even retain the WB voters because of nandigram and other atrocities.

Communists
by Rajendra Bongale on Aug 12, 2007 11:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

You communists if you have guts then withdraw the support to govt.PM has righty challenged you as he knows your double standard of communists.Outside the parliment they do drama to win support of people and in parliment they becomes mouse. Now communists have found a new way to enjoy power.Power without responsibility. At the centre they want to eat the fruits of power, they avoide responsibility as they are not in the govt.Have the communists guts to critisize the China for their claim on Arunachal.Throughout India they critisize the SEZ but in WB they brutually impliment the SEZ at the cost of Farmers. But the people of this country will not become pray and in next general election the communists will never win the seats as they have won.And if they do really think that the Neuk-deal is really they dont want, then let then withdraw the support and seek fresh mandate from the people. But I am confident that they will not dare to do this and at the last moment they will talk in favour of govt and give false reason that we dont want to help BJP and thats why we support govt.So well said Mr.PM and your message to communists is very clear and you have exposed the communists.

Nuke Deal
by Omkar Patki on Aug 12, 2007 11:08 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Left Parties are worse than a prostitute. Any prostitute has better practical sense and pragmatism than these political whores. They are nothing but spies of China, hell bent on selling India and China. They are also behind that controversial bill which would curb sting operations and expose the corrupt politicians. They are the ones who are opposing Private University Bill and denying an opportunity to teachers to earn money at par with their peers in Corporate sector. Let them withdraw the support of government. When the fresh mid-term polls will happen and country will have another hung parliament, then these wolves will be happy.

I agree with you sir.But the people of this country are not that fool.In coming gen election they will never win more than 40 seats. They are supporting anti-national activities in Kerala and they are implimenting SEZ brutally in WB but apposing SEZ throughout India. They have to be eliminated as early as possible.

Now these 40 seats can create an havoc. To topple a government, only 5 MPs would be sufficient.

Not even that much, only ove vote of Giridhari Gomango did some thing not long back.

Heard that West Bengal is better than paradise because the 'left' are in power for a long time. Kerala is not that lucky. There voters dump 'communits' every other 5 years.

Left allies are the cancer of India. For them 60 are bigger than 200 .

We, Indians, are unfortunate to have this breed here.

Left doesnt have guts to withdraw support to this Cong Govt
by Raghuraman Narayanan on Aug 12, 2007 10:57 PM  Permalink

Cong Govt does not have guts to make available the agreement public and trasperant and left does not have guts to withdraw support to this Cong Govt. Karat has issued statement in a Communist state (Kerala). He has to issue statement like that only. Otherwise, left will lose its credibility in a communist state. Overall, these politicians ruin India for their own benefit.
