Why the Hell u people are still spporting MF Hussain who did paintings on Hindu Goddess on wrong and Nude..Do not ever say the painter has done as a creativity. If so why the Hell u people were on streets when somebody painted wrongly on Md.Prophet.
It is very sad that such a dirty thing has happened in a meeting attended by a well known writer of the calibre of Ms.Nasrin. I wonder what the Police were doing when the attack was carried out. Police shd have taken adequate precaution in the matter and arrested those when they started moving towards the dais.
It is a democratic country, and why such anti-social elements have been allowed to take law into their hands? The local police must be taken to task for this serious lapse.

Do you know what they have done in their respective fields before labeling them as "controversial" ?
Salman Rushdie was awarded Bookers Prize for his book "Midnight Children" which is also considered the best book to win Bookers Prize in 25 years.
These people Taslima, Rushdie have contributed much to literature and if future writers don't take inspiration from them, then what literature will we have? Champak ?
These people (writers, poets, thinkers, philosophers) you may not think as big money earners, but they shape the society. I can give you many examples, but I think you need to read history a little.

Sir, if they are no jihadi supporters they will be killed by Dawood Ibrahim. They love their lives and follow the instructions. Not only these, even film journalists are also like that. That is why there are so many muslim heroes, but not heroins. You read newspapers, they write King Khan (SRK, I think) instead of writing dog Khan.

this moderator has removed all the messages to your replies, dunno what was written there. But you are right. Our lawmakers what were they thinking when they allowed the Muslim community to have their own Shariah law.
You can see Muslim women are suppressed under this stupid law and no one is even allowed to comment on that. I think India still needs some time before we can boast about religious harmony and equality. Just because we are not killing each other doesn't mean we are in peace.
