The 'secular' parties(Cong and Left) put all their efforts to get the release of Indian Bin Laden Mahdani from the coimbatore blasts. Moreover, the Kerala goverment gave reception to the terrorist where many ministers including the home minister was present.The fact is that there are around 30 more criminal cases against this terrorist. But the left is trying to save him.

What India did for this? had it been Israel then the story would have been different. Are you aware why Musharraf took action against Lal Masjid? because of the Chinese pressure because the goons in Lal Masjid had kidnapped few Chinese nationals. TOI has accepted in it's report about Al-Qa'ida that India is a naturally soft country. This means, terrorists can play havoc here at their will. No we are not safe citizens of India, because our PM looses his sleep over the tears of mother of a Jihadi, but, he does not feel same about Hindus or Budhdhists or Jains or Sikhs dying or getting killed by the same Jihadis. I do not see any reason to celebrate, because, as I am writing this, Zee news has declared that Chhota Shakeel phoned them up to tell them that they are safe and sound and not been arrested by Pakistanis.
It just shows that India will never any step to repatriate, capture or eliminate any terrorist who works against India's interests. India's dirty work has to be done by others; if Pakistan does it, well, let us not view it as a friendly gesture.

No way;u r right abt that.Pak has to do it now coz they need to taste the bitter medicine in the interest and health of their own country.It's time Pak realised that terrorism if encouraged will turn to attack them coz it is always a double edged weapon.U.S and pak, I hope have realised it, as they have faced enough threat to civilisation in their countries.Anyway, better late than never.
I think he could have been caught, if the intention is there to do so..... whn he is making so much of presence felt in the bollywood.... the wht.... i think political will is missing
