Don't try to confuse the issue.
The issue is about SECURITY and about stopping Terrorists in their tracks before they bomb you & your family.
So, if you are in B'lore and if you are a tax-paying citizen, you naturally expect your Govt to do something. Currently K'taka Govt is trying to make a beginning in this direction.
In India (almost all states), intelligence gathering is very poor. So, the first step is to collect as much info as possible.
There is nothing Kannadiga or Shiv Sena issue attached to this one !!
And if you are a migrant in Mumbai (or your forefathers), then I think one should respect the rights of Marathi people as much as anyone.
You migrate from Kerala becoz the Commies are not doing enough in your state. Similarly, if some state party is doing for its citizens, whats wrong in it ? (This is bound to happen if opportunities are robbed from the locals).

Now a days in Bangalore be it is BMTC Bus,Road side, construction side, road side food vendors i can see lot of UP and Bihari walas. If you go to Marathalli and Whitefield you feel as if your in Gurgaon or Noida. It is not only Tamils North indians Population rising like anything.

What are you saying? Yes there are anti social elements in every society. But the anti-social elements you see today in Bangalore are from and around Karnataka. The rape/murder of the call center was done by a kannadiga, the rash driving by the call center cab drives are kannadigas, the murder of elderly ppl are again them. My friends house got burgled -- again a kannadiga -- the pity thing is that all these ppl are not from bangalore but from nearby cities or villages of bangalore. these are poor ppl. So you teach your own ppl first on how to behave in a civilized society. Without the outsiders Bangalore will be a heaven for govt employees, rash cab drivers and KRV activists

Tamils form about 50% of population others form around 25% . Kannadas are hardly 25% and declining. But Bangalore is called as capital of Karnataka. It is a big joke.

well as per the census kannadigas around 40% and tamils around 24%..but % ppl speaking kannada is much more than this as telugu ppl and tamilians who have settled here do speak kannada.. but in census the population is categorised basedd on the mothertongue..can u give me the source from where u got such statistcs?

Please do not misunderstand illegals from Gulf by anything else; they are called so only for a reason that they are either violators of immgration ruls or visa period overstayers.
Cheating by local agents applies to labour class categories. These men mortgate their house/land and go abroad paying hefty sums to the agents only to find that the have no job there and even if there is, they are not paid on time hence they run away from their sponsors and not renew their visas on time hence are called overstayers. These people are branded as illegals.
If they are from Bangalore, they must return to their home town, Bangalore cannot make extra vigillance because of them. Rather, Karnataka must first find and flush out terrorists such as those who shot the professor at the institute. These are the elements who travel into Karnataka by local train/bus from neighbouring states.
Here I have seen that many Kannadigas are airing their views of putting an end to outsiders coming into Bangalore. Who knows IT will be the mainstay for the time to come. One must never forget that Indians are free to venture out to any cities of India. India is not a banana country but a democratic country. How come a certain section of well developed states are ignoring or are trying to shunt out other Indians. R Indian's blood so cheap to not give an opportunity to other Indians. This is bullshit talk and such people should be put in prison for good or otherwise there will be no India, but 30 different countries breakaway from India.
