Justice will prevail
by Roy P.Tharyan on Aug 06, 2007 12:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Whether it is 17 cars or 50 cars, whether it is cholle Bhature or Jhuggie cluster land or a simple secretariat canteen...Ashok Malhotra will have to pay for his crime. This country may be democratically unruly and chaotic in nature, but every scamster has met his nemesis. A superstar too is now cooling his heels in jail. Let the top notch lawyers fight his case, Malhotra will only realise that the long arm of the law reaches you eventually.

Mr.Roy,Please update me about Bofors payoffs,Fodder scam,Purulia Arms drop,Telegi stamp controversy and many more such scams happenned in past.Any satisfactory result??Name even one politician or beurocrat involved in all these scams who have met their nemesis. All these democracy and judical system means nothing to India.Such cases are delayed till media stops earning from them and public forgets.Well one or two people are made scapegoats like Telagi or might be Mr.Malhotra is current case, rest of Babus, politicans keep working as usual and the same lot is again invloved in some other case. They are faceless criminals and if we really want such incidents not to happen again then it needs one huge public demonstration and speedy trial which punishes all involved people.
Do you think we are ready for that??

Unfortunately by the time long arm of justice will have it, many decades will pass.
Hardly any deterrence to a culprit.

Oh god deliver us from the UPA rascals. Hang them shoot them let us wipe them away like teh NAzis were.

Seems like all politicians are involved in scams
by Sincere Citizen on Aug 06, 2007 12:18 PM  Permalink

Every day when I read the news it seems like all politicians are involved in some scam or other. Are we as a country ruled by thugs and mafia ? because thats what these politicians seem like.

What a mess that we are in, I hope every such goon gets caught and pays for his/her crime.

These people start shouting and screaming that is a scam when they get arrested or accused they then point fingers to other innocent people.

Capital matters
by jaideep shirali on Aug 06, 2007 12:13 PM  Permalink

The rot in our country is most evident in Delhi, it seems from this case.It would not surprise me if we again have lawyers, as we saw in the case of R K Anand, again auctioning evidence to get Malhotra out of this case. As arrogance is based on one's wealth, such people should be left penniless and given imprisonment for life. About the political masters, namely the Congress, not for nothing is the weed Parthenium called Congress grass, in fond association with the Congress white topis.

Mr Mehta
by kuldeep jain on Aug 06, 2007 12:06 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

what surprizes me is that until theses people are not caught and sent to jail they are healthy and lives like normal ..

but the moment they enter to jail they get all heart disease and complain of "life in danger" etc..

soemone rightly suggested.. Shoot them first...

another disgusting thing.. this smart guy went to TV station to make the media hype..

guys our Judicial system, Media requires a total change..

well said ! our laws and our media are meant for dumb masses. So these shrewd ones are doing the obvious, that is exploiting these loopholes to their own advantage..nothing wrong with that because the law provides them with that kind of leverage.

He went to media because media must have hunted him and paid huge sums. Also if he is able to get public sumpathy(as indians are emotional fools) who knows he might get some political patronage and also ticket for next elections
