Guys, Samjay Dutt's sister is in Delhi and had a darshan to Madam Sonia. Now Sanjay will come out in bail. Whatever may be the crime charged on him. Mind you one thing; whenever a terrorist is caught alive or dead, our PM's and UPA Chairperson's hearts are bleeding.

abey madrasi - You think this is justice? What about Dawood, Tiger and the cops who colluded with them? They are free and laughing over this joke of Indian judiciary. Sanjay dutt made a mistake 14 years back. He was jailed for 16 months. While you are eating curd rice and farting your behinds away, he was doing time in jail. He came out of jail got his life back on track. He has donated millions to charity. What have you done other then eating idli sambhar and shitting away?

Deep is in deep ignorance, hatred and regional racism. why are you having hatred to your own country men? havent you been taught to talk with manners or is this your upbringing? People like you are a curse to our nation and the world. ego and hatred will never take you anywhere! Love all Serve all. Realise that first before you condemn someone. Btw, dont underestimate that only you know to use foul languages. Many know that language but they dont use it because of that upbringing! Shelve your hatred for a co-indian.

Abey Uzbekestani!! It has been scientifically proven (in MTV Fully Faltoo; thanks to Cyrus) that pharting occurs more if you eat Dal / roti. So, you smelly mouth raw onion-eating, etiquette-less, middle-eastern, personal secretary of a dope-ridden, tapori actor. Why don't you clean the latrines of Dutt why he is shitting away (since you seem to be experts in that subject).

Pal, have faith in the Indian Judiciary. Sonia or any other Gandhi can't influence the core of the Judiciary. The very fact that a biggie like Sanjay Dutt is in jail today, only affirms the fact that we still have (may be few of them) bunch of honest, upright, no-nonsense guys in the judiciary whose integrity cannot be diluted by any politician.
Let Sanjay's kiths and kins do all the somersaults, I'm sure, they can't influence the guys at the helm of affairs at the judiciary.
Let these guys (the Sanjay's clans) be practical and realise the ground realities. The very reason that our democracy has survived a half century and still going strong only reinforces the faith in the system in us. Hundreds of Sanjays lived here and went; there will be hundreds of Sanjays in the future as well; but none of them could claim to be bigger than the law of the land. HAVE FAITH.
Why the jugment varies for poor and for rich person?
by ananta on Aug 04, 2007 09:46 AM Permalink | Hide replies
When a person is having very good politcal hand or else is very rich is getting escaped from hard jugment. But the poor persons are always getting tough jugmen. If we are living in a secular country then the rule should be same for all. Sanjay Dutt is very rich so he escaped easily from being a terorist, but others could not. In some other cases also same thing is being observed. Also the judgement is varying for similar crime for a rich person than a poor person. Is it fare? The judges should be very strict in this mater.

Freind, the very fact that a biggie like Sanjay Dutt is in jail today must convince you that the long arm of the law would catch both poor and rich with the same grip.
Have faith in the Indian judiciary; we still have guys like Justice P.D. Kode in our justice system, who are safeguarding the law of the land with missionary zeal. Don't think that they compromise on their integrity for any reason.

Sanjay is in Yerawada jail. One news channel gave a breaking news that "Sanjay is shifted to jail, which was, once upon a time occupied by Gandhi / Nehru / Sardar Patel".

According to bloody media (have no sense), Sanjay Dutt is equal to Matma, Nehru and Sardar Patel. You just see the culture of those media, who highlight such things.

I AM PAINED BY THE WAY INDIAN FANS AND THE MEDIA ARE WILLING TO FORGET FOR THE CRIMES HE DID (TALKING TO CRIMINALS AND JOINING THEIR CLIB IS NOT LIKE JOINING A YOUTH CLUB!) BY MINGLING WITH TERRORISTS, POSSESSING MASS DESTRUCION WEAPONS! MY HEART WEEPS FOR INDIA WHEN I SAW YESTER YEAR ACTRESS CRYING ON TV (THAT TOO COULD BE AN ACT AS SHE WAS GOOD AT IT). SHE IS ASKING WHY NOT CATCH OTHERS? DOES SHE NOT KNOW THAT WE CANNOT CORRECT ONE MISTAKE BY DOING ANOTHER MISTAKE? NO LOGIC AND INTELLIGENCE CAN ACCEPT WHEN A MINISTER C0MMENTS THAT THE JUDGEMENT IS HARSH! INDIANS, ARE WE SAYING THAT THE GUILTY SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED BECAUSE SOME ARE ESCAPING? ALSO, THE MEDIA SHOULD NOT ALLOW SUCH PROGRAMS WHERE THE TRIAL AND THE VERDICT IS JUDGED AND DISECTED BY PEOPLE WHO TALK ABOUT EMOTIONS AND NOT THE COUNTRY. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC REFERRUNDUM! THIS IS JUDGEMENT, LEAVE IT TO THE JUDICIARY! I AM FAN OF SANJAY. I AM STUNNED THAT HE CAN DO GROSS MISTAKES LIKE THESE. HOWEVER, ON NATION'S INTEREST SANJAY HAS TO TAKE HIS PUNISHMENT IN GRACE. I KNOW THAT HE IS A MAN MISGUIDED! I FEEL SAD FOR HIM TOO AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER,THE NATION IS GOING BESERK BY GIVING TOO MUCH FREEDOM TO MEDIA.

You can not say that media is only playing negative role in projecting sentence given to Sanjay Dutt.Jassica Lal case and Mattu murder cases are fresh in every body's mind.It was media that pointed about grave miscarriage of justice at the hand of law. Courts and police were exposed by the media and forced them to have a fresh look of these cases. We can not say that our judiciary is doing all perfact.Afterall it also has human beings and they are as weak or strong as they are in other feilds. Buy yes media is overstreching in some cases due to firce competition between various channels. Today many people feel sorry and sad for Sanjay because he has accepted every wrong he did and suffred a lot for that.Look at some of the politicians. Who cares for them even if a court annouces death sentence for them.I am sure no one will shed a tear for them rather people will feel happy about it. People are only saying that his sentence should have been less may be one more year in prison.
What about Punishment for Corrupt Politicians and Policemen of Maharashtra?
by Cutlet Gravy on Aug 04, 2007 08:30 AM Permalink | Hide replies
For a very similar crime why was Madhukar Sarpotdar "set free by trial court"?
Several convicts have pointed out that a many politicians and policemen of Maharashtra -- notably Madhukar Sarpotdar of the Shiv Sena and sub-inspector Nikhil Kapse -- have got away scotfree.
According to yesterday's Hindustan Times Sarpotdar was caught doing a crime similar to Sanjay Dutt's (under the Arms Act) but was "set free by trial court."

5 Yrs jail is for ak56 / hand granades.
Sarpotdar was not having ak56 / hand granades.
He was booked during riots.
He too was member of maharashtra assembly. He had licence for single pistol. [ he was booked for choppers / chains and 5-6 pistols ]

Really? What a great idea! Let us also enable such as a setup for the IT worker who got arrested for domestic violence, the Bank manager for misappropriating funds, and the rickshaw puller for some other petty crime. Let them be escorted to their "work place". I am sure even they are not interested in farming, tailoring and cooking. What exactly is the jail term for? If he really deserves it, he needs to feel the pain and redeem himself. The idea is NOT to make his stint in the slammer an enjoyable and memorable experience!
