well my guess is tht sanjay will appeal in SC...meanwhile will be left on bail...n simultaeously ask for mercy to the president who is a puppet of miss sonia...n once again..the law will be changed for the celebrity..like in the cases of sidhu etc etc...
Equality before law and equal protection of law- These are applicable to all.Of course,Sanjay is not an exception.Having undergone agony for 14 years and a jail term of 16 months, he would have been given relief under the POA by Justice Kode.No need for him to be disheartened.The Apex Court will definitely give him relief and we all pray so.
We only probably know a bit of the whole story of this man, Sanjay is not very innocent and he had relationship with known terrorists like Dawood and he did attend a party given by him and it is true he was convicted only for possessing AK rifles but that is not the whole story. This man contiued his relationship with underworld even after spending jain while awaiting trial. He was alas hidded sympathizer of the perpetrators of bombay blasts.Because he enjoys celebraty status and from the family of congress leader should not eclipse psedoterrorist nature of this innocent looking man and underneath there is a Pak sympathizer who all the way probably aware what was going on and kept on breaking the laws. It is not just possession of weapons that should bother us but the total involvement with people like Dawood and I am sure he did not go to the party to read Bhadwadgita with Dawood and infact I am amazed with how little he is punished, it is not fair , he deserves more and I am sure he knows and did more than just rifles and his father kept on preaching to the public and media as if it is our falt he went to jail. If he is not punished it is unfair to punish any one with terrorist activities or corraboration even though we stiill do not know exactly what he has done in toto except he covered his trails really well and got the suuport of media, bollywood, underworld and of course probably antiIndia congress as well.

Why only Sanjay, Mr. Raman let all the culprits enjoy a free and glorious life.
It is simply shocking that the great secularist Sonia should stoop so low as to issue a letter in Urdu specifically for Muslims and keep blaming BJP as communal and creating division in society. This shows which party is more communal. Earlier the Hindus wake up the better it is for their welfare. Now they want to meddle with Judiciary. These same Congress scoundrels undertook a census with our armed forces so as to create a Muslim regiment. They have corrupted every institution in the country & now they have stooped so low as to destroy the morale of our prided service men. Every Indian knows that certain things are so sensitive & you do not rake up issues for short-term gains. Sonia, Mukherjee & Arjun Singh and their communist comrades have tried to apportion seats in educational institutions based on religion rather than on economic means. They have already succeeded in dividing the country on communal lines. They divide people on communal lines to garner votes without any thought to the long-term consequences. They want to see communal riots in Armed services based on religious lines so that they can take sides to stay in power. How can you trust these Congress & Cimmie rascals with the nuclear & defense secrets of our country? They will sell even their mothers for short-term gains. Throw these rascals out of power & save the country. India does not belong to Gandhi family.

Sonia should keep off our legal system. She loves gangsters & terrorists !! Sanjay Dutt's immediate family is not the only one who is concerned about him. While sister and Congress MP Priya Dutt is in Delhi to chalk out a strategy with lawyers for his release, Sonia Gandhi and senior Congress leaders have extended support to Munnabhai.
Anxiety on the faces of the immediate family - sister and brother-in-law of Dutt are preparing for a supreme legal battle before the apex court. The legal consultations are low-key. But the determination is showing.
Priya Dutt said, %u201CAs Sanjay%u2019s sister and as his family, our main focus today is to see that what we can do to get him relief.%u201C
So the bail is what the family is looking for just now. And not just the family, the Congress parivar and the party's first family have all rallied around the Dutt.
On Friday morning, none other than Sonia Gandhi convened a high powered meeting at 10 Janpath. The Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil and his MoS, Sriprakash Jaiswal were summoned.
Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal said, %u201CSunil Dutt epitomised the principles of the Congress, his daughter is a Congress MP and we must extend support to Sanjay Dutt.%u201D
Experts believe that Dutt has several legal options.
