Bullshit! Nobody is involved. This is all the handiwork of Terrorists who planted these papers in that person's house & then Anonymously informed the CBI. The Terrorists have now switched from Blasts, Arson, Shootings, Abduction to more Diplomatic Methods i.e. applying Mental Pain/ Pressure rather than Physical Pain/ Pressure......... After all that's what Diplomats, Politicians, Leaders etc. are famous for - Giving Mental Trouble to Others for No Rhyme or Reason & Proving their Stature (!?)
