123 is gateway to other cheap sources of Uranium, like France/ Auz/ Russia etc. America is going to get contracts to build the new reactors. Thats the bottom line and hence both are sad and both are happy and yes America will stop supplying Uranium, the point is we are not going to buy from them.
India has enough capability to develop alternative source of fuel for our present requirements. Indian nuclear progeammes have developed fast only after sanction were imposed. Further we have faith in our top Indian scientific community.
