When I watched Haneef on TV, he appeared very insincere and lying. I saw the normal indignant pain that one expects to see on the face of a falsely accused person. This report adds substance to my suspicion. There just too much suspicious dust on this guy to believe he may be innocent.
If he indeed has terrorist connections, it does not bode well for India since he is now in India and will plot future attacks against Indians and India.

He was not only smiling when photographed, his accent is strangely American - strange for a person brought up in bangalore, one who lived in the UK for a while. WHy can't he talk Indian English to INdian interviewers?

I don't care about his accent, but as I said earlier, he seemed very fishy, calculating and devious, insinsere on TV. Certainly not the normal reaction of one who is falsely accused.

well he is quite a wanna be and was tryin to show he is westernised but for sure he had links with terror
this report clearly damns the congressi govt which came to the rescue of the terrorist turning all stones. indian political compulsions is driving india to the status of being the most prospective dangerous country in 20 years. bush should nix the nuke deal and spare the world a huge catastrophe. it is amazing to me armadaiyes missed india in his prophesy.

hi tesearcher, really a fact, good research work.
correctly said "arabian system has given you nothing but poverty backwardness and a heart full of hatered for your hindu ancestral brothers"
poverty and bacwardness in the name of increasing head count and hatred and death in the form of terrorism, killing themselves and their ancestarial brothers (for money). it is not that other religions cannot start terror (with state support). if advanced countries start it, with their tecnology, some religions may vanish from the earth.

The demands for a separate muslim country were made because some of the muslims knew that they would not get justice in a "secular" India with a Hindu majority. In retrospect, they were right, weren't they? Thanks to polarising politics and hindu fundamentalism, Muslims are not really going to get justice in India.
