If Mr didn't talk about Ms, then there is no punch in Subject. Because Mr likes Ms, Ms likes Ms. They are like a magnet. Not in other ways, except a quite few.
Mr & Ms joined together & become Mr. & Mrs produces lot of Mr. & Ms. They become together produce lot of Mr. & Mrs. that continues.
If there is divorce in the middle shall we take it as GOOD to think as population control or we think its BAD effects in the bondage & the life of their children. Of course, it is modern world, we treasure our tradition. In all countries (developed & Non-Developed), people loud that I (Mike) & She (Sara) been married since last 50 years & people clap their hands, we see normally in lot of meetings & movies. That explains the importance of Marriage Life ( it is divine gift given by God), live for each other & made for each other, share & raise children together. In some cases, unfortunately either may be rough, others doesn't have any chance to go for divorce, try to understand others maximum & life happy married life together as much as possible.
Since the IT industry is paying lot of money for their staff, they should also include Stay-in-Marriage Perk for married couple. After all both husband and wife working for money only. They are not working to save the world. So let the industry give them a break by giving them Stay-in-Marriage Perk. Any thoughts?

I understand that the companies are trying to increase the working hours and also improve the utilization rate ( reduction in hollidays ) .. all this to counter the weak dollar .. Employer will care a shit about your personal life ..

True. I read some where that companies want people to work on Saturdays as well. Previously, i guess, 5 work days..ie work at least 6 days a week. Now 6 work days, that is work all 7 days a week.
Companies should counter weak dollar by moving their operations out of Bombay, bangalore and chennai to smaller cities.
This is a serious problem - marriage as an institution may looase its relevance and the worst sufferers will be the kids whose development will be lopsided and utlimately producing people with extremely one sided and biased views.
There is only onre thing in the article that seems like an opinion rather than truth though presented as a truth:
"Viewing the computer for long hours has proven to cause impotency,"
and No life. You work as if you work in a garment or a shoe factory. Is it worth it? of course there is money. Money is worthless when one cannot have a decent and healthy life.

Health is something you have to take time out for. But 12 hour workdays will definitely impact quality of life.
Am also IT engineer From my experience of 6 years in IT ,Genearlly IT people have less commitment,easily get anger,expect more thing,love less.This is the daily scenario every one can observe. In Every appraisals expect great increments or else try to switch jobs.Less trust worthy.This kind of qualities in real official life will impact other parts of life like less commitment,expecting more,easliy getting anger and loving less ,... I like doctors ,nurses etc They are more service oriented less expect from their doings.
In developing country like India, we should face this problem in IT because we are more flexibility in the work time when compared to the developed country. They have strict regulation in the duration of the work. For example in France, you can work around 35 - 38 hours per week.
If we force the MNC Company by our government to have the time duration like developed country. All the foreign company will definitely leave India.
This will have the negative impact in the growth our country. We should tolerate for some time %u2026to become a Powerful County in this world.
Look around if you are working in IT company. Look for 10 guys and also 10 girls. And try to judge his/her nature only by looking. For the matter of making easy just categorize on ATTITUDE. Your observation will have more percentage of girls have bad attitude. Even a girls observation will also have this opinion.
Boys are always ready for compromise but girls are not. See also expectation side. Always female side has more expectation from male side. Expecting something is where all these dissatisfaction things start.
Girl things about other girl that other girl should be of smaller grade than herself. But Boy things that he should of Greater grade than his competitor.
Not all girls are of these types. I am pointing girls working in a ITs n BPO. Just for the sake of survey stand in front of gate of IT company. U will notice the difference. IT Girls always try to look different than other.(one reason may be... Girls dont have good sense of cloths) A boy always try to look common as that of other.

I guess the problem is that girls can't digest other girls getting more preference. It is human, but girls have more tendency to do so. So,if they see lack of attention at office, they slwly concentrate to regain it thus losing the interest/getting tired for home obligations. And in majority of office situations, ego takes the lead. I'm a girl and i have an experience of female boss ruining my peace just coz of ego problems. Well, girls are misunderstood in some ways but in many ways, they are tough to be understood!
I apologise to all girls, if I was a bit harsh ! but let's face the truth!
