Cong has a long history of dictatorial rule, at the slightest excuse, using 'President's rule' as a ruse for throwing out any non-Congress state govt that opposes them. Now that Prsidents rule is more difficult to enforce, they're using other tricks, like disqualifications, to get their own way, and the heck with the Constitution. Yessir, for long the the courts have sided with these Cong criminals, but maybe finally the justices of the SC have gotten the gumption to stand up to these criminals and do the right thing and uphold the law and the constitution.
Its a congress style of working.They beleive that the other parties dont have right to rule the state other than their own. Even they believe that they got the mandate inspite of winning only 146 seats. This is a copycat Italian fascism
