We are from the land of Gandhi. And we should express all our views through non-violence. Only Pakistanis follow stupid Jihadi policy.
Govt of Australia should not draw conclusions neither should Govt of India be so sympathetic. Let the law take its own course. Our Prime Minister forgot the term when it comes to minority issue which in turn brings disregard to the law of the Nation. Let the chatting be discussed in the Indian term as we are very experienced in dealing with the terror activities.Let us believe in Judge Khode's Version of law,let us wait &watch.

Kumaraswamy is not here, frankly if you are really interested to know anything illeagal going on in any govt dept. ask query under RTI act. For Kumaraswamy, Haneef is a popularity material. Aussie Police wanted some media attention, some police officers wanted some promotions, Aussie Minister wanted votes in the coming elections, they all tried to victimise someone under the banner of terrorism thinking that nobody would question them. UK police was never interested in Haneef or Aussie Police (undedogs for UK police) -- Asses series was being tried by Aussie police jeleous of media attention to UK police. UK police never shared any info with Aussie and neither there was any intorpol notice. Aussie police were having high hope that UK will ask for extraditing him so they retained him for over 25 days. Haneef go free food , free accomodation for such period bechara didn't had any money you know.
Eventually in doing all this they made Haneef so popular that he is getting series of job offers, interview offers and he can win any election in India or Australia(if allowed) now. Haneef (no one knew him before this) must that Aussie police to make him popular overnight.
