He had applied for leave from his Job and then left Australia. If he had to "run away" he would have just vanished.

Full transcript of the questioning by the australian police is available in "The Hindu" web site. Bangalore police will be able to get all their doubts cleared from the transcripts. If they want more, they should subject him to a lie detector test. It is ridiculous to put 24 hour surveillance's on Dr. Haneef.

That full transcript is the source of putting him under surveillence. His behaviour and some of the replies are very doubtful and guilty conscious.

When u would be in the same position, and grilled by external agencies for serious crime (crime against nation is considered most serious crime), then u too would jumble in ur replies.
As for "guilty conscious" tell me how can u make that out by reading a transcript?
Its good the police is doing its work and not taking any chances...people who have connections with terrorists should NOT be taken easily and be given a heroes welcome at our airports! our country has had its share of terrorist attacks and its not a joke...this should be taken seriously and dealt with accordingly and why the hell are politicians siding this fellow can someone explain?

Yeah.. the police is doing its job after a month. Why they didn't flew to australia when the news came out? Maybe they knew the Aussies will treat them like dirt too?

Yes exactly.. irrespective of minoroty or majority any one supporting terrorism should be fulshed out!!!There is nothing as minority or majority.. it is just terrorist or non-terrorist. dont ever under estimate RSS just check the way it serves when in needy simply indulging RSS name is cowardness.. it shows u r mindset how it works... first check out the records of the terror plot what they r doing in J&K killing innocent people and our brave soldiers these kind of terrorist attack never make any harm to world instead those people are making them selves falling in the hole... they cant achive anything they can only succeed by killing innocent people .... just think of it .. its because of few people doing such kind of activities will make indirectly point at a community.. one more thing RSS has a guts to go out and it has shown its ok ... u dont have right to poit at it.. just do ur buisness...

First of all dont compare haneef and sanjay, Haneef never even touched a gun , yes he was related to kafeel&sabeel as cousin.If your cousin has committed murder and if the police charge you also for murder , dont you feel victimised.Till now after so much thorough investigation nothing has come out.Terrorism is not related to religion you should know better.In india we are having 22-25 crores muslims but no one are involved in terrorism activities, we are all living in normal societies as any one else,These terrorist activites are done by other national people about some disputed territories with out country.There is no support for groups like these since independence. In india my brother, there has been many bickering between communities about something or other, there has been naxal movement in full seing, In nagaland,assam,mizoram there are different communities perpurating terrorist acts but they are not labelled as terrorists. Under International things, these so called western powers want oil and meddle with these nations, support israel snatching lands of palestinians,attacking iraq&afghanistan nations wihtout any acts of these antions against them.How can these displaced people resent their anger just by these acts.No one warrants these terrorists acts not even islam or any religion.All killings should be stopped no matter what, we should not support any terrorist activities as in the same breadth we should not label a community.Hope you have got some lessons my frien

Perhaps u are forgetting that Nilesh is Hindu and not 5%. This is exactly exploited by u people divide and rule. But that will not sustain any more.Better take care and be nationalist.RSS is also difinitely nationalist, though I do not belong to the same, this can be confirmed by any body. So let us stop this all non sense.Media should stop airing any news in this regards ans should give full stop.Let the Police do their job.
