Someone said 'The law is a ass'and how true it is.Just now I was following the coimbatore blasts conviction,and this person Mardani is acquited after 8 years in jail,obviously due to lack of evidence,terrorists leave no evidence.You are right in saying a person should be presumed innocent till found otherwise.But on a better side why support such accused persons,let them come out clean and may be the society will accept them.
Hanif may get justice in Austrelia,But if he is in india,there were many uncleared cases,he may be held repsonsible,as our police are more currupt then anywhere in the world.
You are happy that you are being let scotfree. At the same time a decent soul like Sanjay Dutt gets 6 years in prison.

folks want's him to give 3rd degree, coz they want to listen specially some of the hindus who's background belongs to any party.
Eventhough he is not involved in any terror suspect and activities. They wants him to give 3rd degree, he's a muslims.

True. But why ? When they started indulging in such activities? Who gave them arms and money and for what purpose? Why all muslim terrorist have roots in Pakistan? Why 99.99% Indian muslims are averse to such killings? These are broader issues and must be debated with fairness.
Besides the innocent lives that has been lost for no fault of theirs, the muslim community of India is the worst sufferer and they are being looked with suspicion all over the world.
Indian muslims paid heavy price of partition of India on communal lines and faced humiliation and all sorts of abuses in the last 60 years. With enough patience and with our good behaviour we reduced the venom of hatred to large extent.
Then came Babri masjid issue that increased the rift again. Courtesy the some politicians belonging to Hindu and muslim society who found this golden opportunity to grab lime light.
This was followed by blast after blast that rocked muslim shrines, Hindu temples and parliament besides the train, buses and market place.This has again put the muslims on the backseat.
We want that the terror attacks should be stopped at all cost.
Instead of targetting India & elsewhere the Pakistani mujahideen should do introspection of how much they have desisted from the path of Islam and how much damamge they have done to causes of the muslim living peacefully in other parts of world.
If they want to conqour the world, they should go for education and not for using bombs and rifles.

It clearly shows that Karnataka police were about to stop investigation on Haneef when he arrived in India and just by seeing the transcripts they claim that they are charged...This is really a stupid explanation from K.police and now they want to grill him.If Kevin Andrews claims that haneef was aware of terror plots,why could not they prove it?On what basis they released him?It is shame for Kevin Andrews to say such statements.There is no evidence with K.Police against Hanef and it is 100% sure that these guys are not going to get any information from Haneef. These are all dramas and it is a big blow to the intelligent agencies around the world.
