Where is Lalu and other criminals who are holding high offices without clearing the charges against them. This system, where the people who are chargesheeted or criminal cases pending, is not at all desirable and INDIAN COURTS should expedite the cases of these BIG POLITICANS and MINISTERS / MP's and MLAS including the truth behind TELGI TAPES
the sentence awarded to SANJAYDUTT is ok as per law of land BUT IF we go by SAME LAW OF LAND by virtu of which LALUS MISHRAS and many MAFIA politicians having unlicenced AK47/AK56 roaming freely on roads enjoying ministeral berths misusing power even today---then SANJAYDUTT should not have been punished at all since during last 14 yrs there is no other criminal case against him.LALUS MISHRAS MULAYAMS PASWANS MAYAWATIS PDP DMK PMK COMMUNISTS JMM and their followers have been in possession of illegal arms money and NO PROBLEM since they follow a legacy of CONG.yes many BJP politicians too enjoy--SO WHAT TO DO---an advise to SANJAYDUTT pls contest an election and u would win by all means since PEOPLE respect love u--LALITKUMAR
