by giving this judgement, jus uthira has averted another major blast had madhani been convicted....may be he knew that if hes convicted, his own followers wd trgger aother series of blats whih will kill only hindus and that trial would go on for another decade...hats off jus uthira..

You are correct. I think generally people in southern states, and judiciary in particular feel insure to conduct these kind of trials...
May be these cases should be handled out of the state in which incident has happened...

Terrorism cant be Justified and Not the Solution.
Repel Good For Evil. Quran Chapter 41 Verse 34 says
"And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend." We people of INDIA together fight against terrorism and save people.
Islam is clear with proof and evidence.

dear Nazeer Sareena do you have the guts to go and say this to all the teachers in madarassa's and terrorist camps. do you have the guts to come out and ask your own community members to introspect their thinking and compare with the koran's teaching and comeout cleanly.
it is only hinduisim who can talk about karma and god even on battlefield.
first you should develop tolerance to other faiths. all over the world the communal tension and friction is caused only 100% becos of muslims (they follow islam and koran is their holy book). tell your brothers sisters to read koran and understand the spirit and put it into practice.

Even if he has been convicted he would already have spent his time in jail. But his acquittal proves that he was and he is an innocent person and who was victimized by the nexus of Police and the Politicians. Now who is going to pay for his lost 9 valuable years in jail? In what way the government or police is going to compensate for it? 9 long years are too valuable in once small life and Madhani should fight back for compensating his lost years.
Coming Sanjay%u2019s case it is strange that I have never seen a top politician getting sentence like what Sanjay Dutt got. The whole issue of Sanjay Dutt getting weapons and keeping with him was a result of the cycle riots and violence ignited by the politicians by demolishing Babri Masjid and then igniting the communal violence which resulted in the serial Bombay blasts and then the worst communal violence unleashed by these Saffron brigand in Bombay. Why the politicians like Advani,Uma Bharati, Kalyan Singh,Sarpotdar etc are not sentenced who are the root cause of that cycle of violence and grave destruction. Why they are let off and why innocent people like Madhani and Sanjay Dutt are being targeted?
