There are a clear proof that he has called in phone in that particular day more than 10 time with Badsha who is a prime suspect, and he given a prime support for the plan plotters he used his political influence to dilute the case against him , he should punish heavily to protect the law against dirty politics and communal politics this kerala PDP have nothing to do with coimbatore ,CBE Muslims are far better than those communal animals they put theyer terror seed by this incident in coimbatore

My friend, the Judge after looking into all the evidences in these years and digging everything couldn't find anything against him. Now u could simply find a proof of Tel. calls - we should follow u or the Hon. Judge ? when r u people change your mind set. there is no problem if death sentenses r given to the mumbai case but if one person is left free all u start crying y this double policy. Anybody who does the crime against humanity must get punishment that is the stand of Islam.

Do u think judge knowledge is weeker than ours?

I dont think so, our justice is still respectable.

They have analysis each and every aspect of the cases.

Finally verdict came up with the relase of Madani. If he is a real criminal there is no problem to punish him.

If he is not involve as per the court verdict, therefore who will be responsible for 10 years jail life? This is my question

This is not only for madani, this i am asking for who is innocent and arrested.

Mr. Ranijith or jo bhi tum ho
there is no question of knowledge of judge. There is only question of prosicution if government " congress" & "DMK" not supporting prosicution and dilute evidense against Madani to get vote people like u who always try to save terrerist then wat jdge can do or wat people like us do. Justice is goes against people who r victim in bomb balst only do to mentality people like u.

Basha should have hanged
by Sivaraman Srinivasan on Aug 01, 2007 01:05 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is really unfortunate that Basha has been acquitted. He escaped due to lack of evidence. It is a Open secret that he is an ISI agent funded and supported by Pakistan High Commissioner from Colombo.

Infact RAW through their spliter terrorist group from Eastern Srilanka tried to kill the then High Commissioner of Pakistan on 14Aug2006 (Independance day of Pakistan) and he escaped unhurt and only his body guard died. RAW's involvement in this case is again an open secret.

I hope it is aquestion of time that Basha gets killed in an encounter or a fake encounter.

Considering Karunanidhi's pseudo secularist and Pro militant attitude this may not happen now. Hope JJ do something about this on her return to power.

the Dilatory Criminal Justice System -Urgent Reforms Called for
by D goel on Aug 01, 2007 01:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Pkl. Afternoon 12.45pm, Wednesday, 1st Aug. 2007

like most criminal prosecutions and public trials for individual acts or massive riots of violent conspiracy and mayhem the above blast accused in 1998 Bomb-Blast after yrs. of dilation are likely to be let off.Even if some of them are handed some punishment , the Indian System of Bails , forestalling appeals and delays can keep away those convicted by Trial Courts for yrs .at a stretch , from facing their just retribution. This system as practiced by well -heeled criminal counsels and exceptionally nimble -witted Jurists has reduced the Indian criminal Jurisprudence to be a hapless victim of cliched saying "Analysis producing Paralysis".It generates total contempt for every lover of Indian Society ,its welfare and rule of Law, a very depressing Scenario...This calls for total overhaul , to let it be corrected of its apathetic complacency that amounts to betrayal and even in many cases denial of Justice to victims of our overcriminalized public life.
