this election up has been very strict .In my opinion No Party shall be in position to form govt hence governor rule .Means rule of congress through Governor .After Election congress will make all manipulations so that nobody ables to form govt.

we have very good laws in letter. But we need to implement them in spirit too. For that to happen, we need a more aware and participating electorate. So, when a party tries to muscle in, the people should intervene and the collection spirit of the people should prevail.
Like in many western countries, politicians will never dare go against the spirit of democracy. For example, Tony Blair, the current PM of England is going to step down a few months from now, so that his deputy will take over. All this because it is the unwritten spirit of the people that prevails.
We are yet to reach anywhere near this in India, but we have to continuously gun for that. A government should rule by letter and by spirit.
Does Rediff want us to waste time on reading such stupid articles, even a schoolboy of 8th standard could have put some info in that, worth reading....

i think it was an okay article inasmuch that it gave us information from terra firma. Nice to know the sideline stuff once in a while. After all, this is where it all starts.
is rediff going to give us information on the elections in Goa too? There is so much of great stuff happening here, that the country needs to know.
