Problem with small States is that every so-called leader thinks he is great and with so many ex-CMs wanting to be active until alive, politics plays havoc with pure selfish interests. Fractured mandate in the process continues to be a certainty although BJP can perhaps turn the majority swings in its favour this time.

one thing i must say ...my family was victim of parrikar govt ..my father was a in education dept their retirement age was 60 ,but all of sudden parrikar changed the retirement age to 58 ,at that time i was studying so whole of our family got into trouble ....my father got retired gracefully but within year congress came to govt n again changes=d the retirem.. age to 60 ...although bjp has done great things in GOA but i am a direct vitim of bjp policy ... whom should i vote ,my family served GOA for 45 to 50 years but still we are called as outsider ...(BHAYLO) ...
So far, whether its Congress or BJP, have only been interested in " How much can we make" instead of "How much can we do for the people". All have been corrupt. Whoever wins the election, ultimatly, its only the voters who are the loosers.
If u r bound to choose from Congress/CPM/BJP then u r bound to accept BJP as their record in administration is the best. if BJP is communal then who is not communal? Congress and CPM takes every decision in favour of Muslims,-this is very true so Hindus are bound to stand on a same platform to cast their vote to BJP. But BJP is secular thats why they appointed Dr. Kalam as Prez of India also BJP told so many things in favour of Muslims/secularism.Thats why BJP lost the power in the last election.
Now BJP is going to get the power again but.....
If again BJP does the same mistake then the only option will be left,- RSS/VHP etc parties to enter in direct politics.

As I am staying presently in chennai my friends back home in Goa informed me that the wave in Goa is in the favour of BJP. The congress will loose its considerable seats to BJP and other regional parties. Also old war Horse Mr Rane is political compulsion CM and not by merit. The Meritious and derving CM post will be taken by an IITian from Powai Mr Parrikar.

You got the wrong information. The BJP will get a maximum of 8-10 seats while the Cong/NCP combine will get around 25 seats. While everyone knows that the Congress is a corrupt party lead by degenerate, selfish leaders, the cure in this case the BJP is worse. While the claim that the Govt lead by Manohar Parrikar was more efficient & less corrupt is debatable, the fact is that Mr Parrikar and his close supporters aare the most virulent, rabid and hardcore communalists with pure hatred towards christians and muslims. As if that is not enough then they are highly casteist and the power is in the hands of the high castes with some symbolic impotent lower caste people. The cure therefore is worse than the disease.Thius the people of Goa are between a rock and a hard place and have no option but to vote Congress if they need to continue living a peaceful life.

Dear True Indian U R saying Congress and NCP combine. It is learnt that there is now rare possibility of Cong and NCP geting combine. As NCP is claiming for 10 seats. Also if it get combine all the 10 Places the power hugry congress rebel will fight against the NCP as an independent and Cong High command or low command has no control on them. for e.g. Vasco,Tivim, Siolim, Mapuca, Mandrem is being claimed by NCP and already congress rebel has announced their candidature. If congress supporter in these constituency do not have attitude of sacrifice for their alliance partner NCP how the alliance work it would be only for namesake. secondly there are five senior congress MLA are anxious to take the CM post. There is no concesus on CM's post. So if you dont know who will be your leader should you think that people of Goa should fire in dark. Hope u have understood my point.
