the whole of malaysia is getting 24 hours running water,and our financial capital will get it only in 2012, SUPER POWER my foot. we cant even give basic necessities to our citizens, no wonder even smaller and much weaker countries can sneer at us.
Why 2012 - Mumbai experiences unlimited supply fo water atleast thrice every monsoon. Remember 27/7/2005 and a couple of days last year ? Now, are you telling me that this will happen every day of the year ?
