Hinduism

Hinduism is nothing but a covert mask of Casteism.
In India, parents covertly teach their children to coerce other children as per the caste hierarchies.

Congress & communists should stop pampering minorities and stealing from Hindu contributions to temples. Why Hindus continue to vote for these anti-Hindu people defies any logic. Sign this petition & save our ancient temples built by hundreds of saints & sages of Bharath.

Kiran you are so right. Hindus keep sleeping while their leaders plunder their wealth. First, kick out the CM who is a crook.
Examples of atrocities on Specific Hindu Temples.
TIRUPATHI
The state Govt. in association with Missionaries has particularly targeted the World famous Tirupathi temple.
The subversive activities of Missionaries were zeroed at Tirumala temple itself. Attempted to tie up SVIMS
Sri Venkateswara Institute for Medical Sciences with Christian Cherian Heart Foundation using 100 crores of
TTD money. Padmavathi University Vice Chancellor Veena Noble Das appointed by Govt. is engaging in
conversion activities on campus and is reported to be responsible for suicide of a student who was forced to
convert (Andhra Jyothi, 3/30/3007). In July 2006, TV Journalist Om Prakash who attempted to record the Christian
Evangelical activity was beaten up and his equipment was confiscated.
SIMACHALAM
Simachalam is the Ancient Temple of Narasimha Swamy. Very Recently the Temple has come under siege
by Missionaries, who have been conducting aggressive conversions. In a span of 20 Months, four churches
and 3 convent schools have come up in the vicinity at the foothills. Just one village Arilova has 35 churches.
Out of 11,000 acres owned originally by temple, endowment department has record of only 8000 acres and it
is believed that more than 3000 acres of land was encroached.
BHADRACHALAM
BHADRACHALAM is a famous temple dedicated to Lord Sri Ramachandra and situated on the banks of the
sacred river Godavari. Govt. is currently planning to buy 900 acres of temple land at rate determined by
Govt. for donation to victims of Polavaram project (Eenadu, 4/3/2007). On Hanuman Jayanthi day missionaries
placed posters in the temple encouraging conversion (Eenadu, 5/24/06).
The actions of evangelical Christian CM YSR Govt. suggests a well designed plan to
decimate Hinduism in AP through destruction of Hindu Institutions and abetting massive
illegal conversions. The entire state infrastructure is made available for these activities.
Areas surrounding every major Hindu Temple has become center of intense conversion activity.
Endowment Dept. permits enormous Christian prayer meeting on temple lands with advertisements in
temples. Most important Hindu holidays such as Rama Navami are selected to be removed from Govt.
holiday list. All activities are designed to encourage Hindus to convert and make difficult to practice Hinduism.
The Major chunk of temple money is transferred for various political schemes while more than 40,000 Priests
are given salary below Rs.500 /- Month and over 3,000 Priest are paid only Rs. 400 /- for the whole year.
While Muslim and Christian institution funds are left untouched, Govt. relentlessly targets Hindu (e.g.,
TTD) money for various non-hindu projects.

Well done Raju, I feel these facts and truths should be brought forward on a larger stage than these kind of forums. Its the crucial hour for all the Hindus to act..Now or Never...especially the teen generation, who are really misguided by the media and Life style....Wake up brothers..we are looosing precious time.....We formed a forum in our local area and celebrating all our Hindu festivals together...and conducting debates about Hindu Mythology, relegion and Philosophy among the Young kids, it created a great impact now. Even without advertisement or propogation, nearly 10,000 people voluntarily participated in Shri Rama Navami....

Simple solution for this is word of mouth activism. You tell your parents and siblings and friends. Let them tell others. that is it after two year this govt will go. As simple as that, internet will not work just word of mouth tell them this govt will change the whole situation, will change the demography of the next generation. Once this govt goes and people know not politician will again play with fire.

I was visiting Birla Mandir over the hill top in Hyderabad recently. Everything was nice and serene until I started descending. Right when you start climbing down, you have this huge cross starring in your face, as though its getting ready to attack Hindus. What a blot on this beautiful Birla Mandir. Most importantly what a defiance on part of christians to do this.

this is to hoodwink hindus.a big chunk of lord balaji followers will definitely be rejoiced to hear this and now the political party has a backing of all the sections which surely will help them gain popularity and surety for 5 more years.so that they can loot more. it is like giving in the right hand and taking back from the left hand. high time we learnt from the past and the present for a better future.temples should be freed from the government interference, as do other religions.poor students should be given support
to become successful citizens of india.

A law is needed
by Bharathi on Apr 27, 2007 07:39 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We need a nation-wide law preventing the fascist christian missionaries in engaging in anti-national and racist activities like conversions and thereby fomenting communal disturbances. Samuel Reddy, CM of AP himself is a rabid christian fundementalist and we need to wait and see how this ordinance works.
Problem is with the hindus alone, we give all donations and money to temples , which gets diverted to church funds, haj subsidies etc. Also we send kids to christian institutions which loot us and diverts money for conversions. Think about this..time to boycott anti-hindu institutions ..
Also think why govts are not bothered about the funds from Mosque or churches? Why they are worreid only about looting temples?
So first a law to prevent conversions, then a law to free our temples. Use the temple funds for the poor and building reputed universities.

When the Chiefminister himself is involved in such conversion effort in tirumala, it is hard to believe, that the government would enact this ordinance in good intention

Tirumala an endowment
by Shiva Varanasi on Apr 27, 2007 07:06 PM  Permalink

Tirumala and Tirupathi are endowments given by hindu kings long time ago, which the Government of India is in illegal occupation thru the droconian Endowments act. These lands belong to the Hindu community and no other religion has any right legally what so ever to enter these places. All temples and Temple lands in India are endowments given by individuals and groups for the betterment and upkeep of the temples in india, so Government of India has no right what so ever to occupy them. People of other religions will be trespassing If found on the endowment properties. The goverment cocupies the Temples because they are revenue generators. The revenue genreated from the temples is eaten up by the government of india.

Are you aware 50% of revenue gerated by Tirumala and Tirupati is eaten up by the government of andhrapradesh.

The only solution is: the GOI repel the Endowment act and from a Hindu Religiuos Trust and turn over all the Temples and Temple lands in India to the said trust.

The Hindu Trust will be an NGO and should have a constitution where in all revenues generated will be used as follows:

20% Upkeep of the Temples & Administration.
50% Hindu Religious education universities.
15% Health Care Services.
15% Free food to all.

If GOI and all practicing Hindu's of this world do not act soon, all the temples and temple lands will be lost forever due to the machinisations of the elected so called Secular Politicians.

Peace

The government allotting a budget for construction of churches
by KA on Apr 27, 2007 06:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Deccan Chronicle

I request the government to assist Christians to fulfil their wish of making a pilgrimage to the holy land by subsiding the cost to some extent.%u201D
Dr Reddy replied, %u201CThe government is allotting a budget for construction of churches in towns and villages. While increasing the allocation we can adjust some money.%u201D On the issue of dalit Christians, Bishop Joji said, %u201CDalit Christians should be given SC status. I request the Chief Minister to get a resolution passed in the Assembly, as the UP Assembly has done, and send the recommendation to the Prime Minister, as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has done.%u201D Dr Reddy assured that he would examine the proposal. Bishop Sugandhar, legislator Christine Lazarus among others took part in the celebrations.

Thank god, the court ruled out that. 80% of Christians in the western world don't go to churches every sunday. but 90% of converted christians in India go to churches. What's going on in India???
