Well there are other fake encounters attributed to these people who are arrested. What is the difference between Taliban and India ? The difference is that India is a functioning democracy and if it has mature as a democray it has to follow rule of law. Not jungle law. Long live India and long live the democratic system.
June 15, 2004, Ahmedabad: Four, including 19-year-old college student Ishrat Jehan, killed. The police claimed she was involved in plot to kill Modi. Vanzara was Dy Commissioner, Crime Branch, at the time.
January 13, 2003, Naroda: Sadiq Jemal Mehtar killed. The police claimed he was involved in plot to kill Modi, Advani, VHP's Togadia. Vanzara was in the Crime Branch then.
October 22, 2002, Usmanpura Garden, Ahmedabad: Samirkhan Pathan was arrested in September and shot dead in October by Crime Branch. The police claimed he was involved in plot to kill Modi.

Modi & Rajiv gandhi ,are & were bastereds as they got killed thousands innocents in Gujrat,All over india,Indian Soliders in Sri Lanka.They simply do not deserve to be Indians.

Ishrat Jehan was a Let operative, All the seudo secular parties shouted at her encounter, but when the let itself published about in their website those b*****ds ran away. Terrorists should be neutralized, only encounters can do that. If Afzal was killed instead of arresting we wouldn't have seen this drama of his pardon, People like youtube dont say any thing when terrorists kill innocent people but when a terrorist is killed these idiots scream .....

It is the political weakness of the Indian rulers that they are not taking action againt Afzal. you cannot blame the courts for that. Ishrat Jehan was just a poor young girl there was no evidence found against her by anyone in the investigations.

nice to see some positive interactions between youtube and srikanth, infact i loved that. Anyway the fact, if it has to come out, will come out. if any indian (of any religion) has done some wrong things to other indians (of any religion), let he be punished openly, not in the name of fake encounters, and at least not in the name of religion. unless and until we realize thhat we are indianz, we can't proceed. don't talk the state development (as some say abt gujarat), talk about the country's, nation's development. i hope very true indian understands this.

When I was living in Australia I observed that the australians have this Aussi spirit. They have this nationality above everything attitude. If they do something good they say "Thats the Aussi thing to do" .. Australia is made of of large greek, english, balkan , lebenese, chinese immigrants but when it comes to being Aussi everyone is very passionate...same is with Canada but a little less than Australia. I wish India can be the same

Mr. Raj, again you went wrong. I told that I felt ashamed when some one (if you want I can write hindu here) is thrown out of his own house. I never supported any act to demolish any temple, church, or any other religion place. I am ready to fight against it, infact i condemn any such injustice. I am not against any religion. I never want the word like religion, muslims, hindus in any criteria. Like for example I am not against reservation, but Iam againt the base on which the reservation is based, i.e, religion, I want the reservation to be based on the annual income of the family. whether he belongs to BC, ST or SC. Never support any reliogion. On the other hand you fully support modi for his acts, being an Indian, you shud be ashamed of this. you shud feel every citizen as Indian, then only you can be a good Indian

I pity on you ppl, when you talk like this. whenever anything happens on your community, you ppl start talking about desh bhakti, nationality, desh prem, all religion are same.. and all that thing... why don't you ppl start debate when anything happens in kashmir or while any attack on hindu temple. you talk about all these things only when some thing goes wrong with one of the person of your community, you start from tehre.. I am not saying that india is only for hindus. all the religions are equal here. and thats what everyone should believe and contribute in development of the country. because of constant sacred behaviour from minorites, our politicians find point, topics during election and they are dividing our country on that. Mr. Modi is doing the right thing in Gujarat. I am fully support his for all of his task.. all of his strategy.. if SP, congress party and other party are doing this for minorities then atleast Mr. Modi is thinking about Majority ppl of india... Just think about this.. President: kalam --Muslim PM : Singh --Sikh
Both are nice ppl, we are proud to have such genius as our president and PM, we never said we dont want them, they are there.. not because of you, but because of us. we pay respect to them.... and inturn we want peace... To Mr. whoever you are (since u haven't written ur name, and mentioned only as a proud Indian from gujarat), i pity on ur mentality. don't know when people like you will get some brains, who told that whatever SP or congress is doing correct, power in the name of religion is bad, if one is falling in a well, will you also go n fall?. yes, iam worried abt the kashmiri pundits being thrown away from their own houses, at the same time iam worried abt the innocent people from other religion being killed in the name of terrorists. yes i feel ashamed of the people who were killed during mumbai bomb blast, at the same time I feel ashamed abt the riots which happened before that, and soory for those guyz who were burnt alive in the train. if you think that what has happened in gujarat is due to the reaction of that incident, then why others can't think that what happened during bombay bomb blast was the reaction of the riots before that. in fact u shud condemn all those such things, instead of telling that that was a reaction. Unless and until we change our thinking, we can%u2019t develop.

Mr. Youtube, First of all, being an indian a proud indian, you should be more worried about indians being killed everyday in OUR kashmir., you should be more worried about indians who were burnt alive in godhra, about indians who were killed in mumbai bomb blast, those who were killed in varanasi, about those who were killed in Akshardham attack, about those who were killed in Kargil war... and you are talking about Mr. Modi, you are saying that Mr. Modi is doing all this for Vote Bank!!!!!.. then what about Mulayam Singh, What about Congress Party.. they are doing this since long for Muslims.. and Mr. Modi started doing this for Hindu and you didnt like it.. right?? I would blame that on the next govt. which came after the Indira govt. which declared emergency. Well no point in going back, probably too late.
This should restore some confidence in the democratic setup of India. Officers using these methods should be treated as terrorists. Indians should be congratulated for their efforts.
