Executive VS Judiciary
by Rajeev gupta on Apr 23, 2007 03:56 PM  Permalink

Traditionally Executive has got the better of Judiciary and has caused a havoc to the national interest only for vested interests and vote bank politics.

I salute the Judiciary for putting up a defiant stand against unscrupulous elements read politicians and their midemeanours.

BJP SHOULD ALSO GO TO HELL. IN NORTH INDIA THEY ARE AGAINST RESERVATIONS AND IN KERALA THEY ARE FOR RESERVATIONS.DOUBLE STAND.BJP IS AN UPPER CASTE PARTY. THEY ARE ARIYANS AND FOREIGNERS FROM OUTSIDE INDIA.THEY DESTROYED THE DRAVIDIAN CULTURE OF INDIA. UPPER CASTES ARE INVADERS,LOOTERS AND RAPERS AND UNCULTURED TOO. THEY CALL THE GREAT DRAVIDIANS MADRASSI MONKEY SOUTH INDIANS.IN NORTH INDIA THEY ARE KEEPING LOWER CASTE DRAVIDIANS AS SLAVES. SO ALL DRAVIDIANS OF ALL RELIGIONS SHOULD UNITE AND FIGHT AGAINST THE UPPER CASTES OF INDIA.

Slap on Arjun and Manmohan? The public money wasted by them on litigation etc., should be recovered from their perqs/allowances.

Just see, how this Manmohan behaved ? He is projected as a learned, qualified and different type of person. But has proved to be worst kind of politician.

He reminds me of Dilip Singh, son of Great Sikh Maharaja Ranjeet Singh who embraced Christianity when he was taken to england by Britishers.

I don't know how, But Supreme court seems to be the only source which is maintaining its credibility in this corrupt system.

I wish we have a political sustem as supreme as Supreme Court.

Or

Let there be only SC and no government, let Supreme court be the Govt. of India...

What do u guys have to say about this...

Stay on Quota
by gc Sharma on Apr 23, 2007 03:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

1931 census could not be a determinative for identifying the OBCs for reservation. Reservation should be provided to all the weaker section of society irrespective of their religion and cast.

reservation in any form is wrong...instead, weaker sections of society shud be provided with benefits like free education, scholarships etc but not reservations.

It wud be interesting to see Government's reactions now...will it blame courts for interfering? or may be propose a new law which will make sure that our so called 'representatives' can make havoc?

Strange
by Vinay Gupta on Apr 23, 2007 03:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I just fail to understand how can any parameter be justified for reservation, be it economic condition, cast, eligion. Is the job for poverty eradication? Every job require some results to be delivered.

Why we are not discussing this point?

Moreover. One more question shud be asked from Congress ( Congress bcoz yhey ruled for most of the time). Reservation is sign of weakness/ backwardness. Incresing reservation means country has become more backward after independence.

Congress shud made to reply

Vinayji!! If Government is answerable or accountable, our country would have gone far ahead. We would have overtaken the US or the Japan. The plight of India is that these people are clinging on to the power.

Look at the representatives of the people!! Persons of foreign origin, Persons with Criminal misconduct, Persons of less integrity, Persons who are now into human trafficking.

Where are we going? When is our country change?
