This is not abt upper/lower caste-anti-caste. This is about antalatic attack on India.
This time it is the Judiciary which is saving India from the Parliament and Executive, whose selfish, destructive and arrogant actions would certainly be damaging the country.
Political parties should set an example. Let the elect SC/OBC leaders in place of Sonia Gandhi, Rajnath Singh, Prakash Karat and AB Bardhan. Let the Congress Working Committee, BJP National Executive, CPI National Council and CPM Politburo elect 50% SC/OBC members.
In other words, lead by example you stupid morons!
The Jews are gone from Germany. The colony is gone from India . Would you like your anglicized sepoys ( including from rediff) to use the antalicist race analysis to explain India ?
Understand the antalacist's caste as biblical race and their fighting postulation. This was the final british ammunition preserved by Manmohans.
Resevation per se is not a bad concept but its interpretation and manupulation by political leadrs are dangerous for the integrity of our country. It should have been used as a medicine for the cure of old wounds. But it is being used as an explosive to spread hatred.Democracy is never assassinated whenever it dies ,it dies of committing suicide.Plitical leaders are guilty of abatement to sucide. If majority wants to get 100% reservation let it be so but for definite period of time.Non reserved category can not you give sacrifice for the unity of country. But then hang politicians trying to find another means of spreading hatred.
India and its opportunities, facilities, assets all are for her people... Population wise reservation what is wrong in it....??.why our courts are not mercy to the suppressed.....
Each and every part of the world belong to its occuppants , How the quality will affect by the reservation as long as passing citerion is same?????
The mind of our decision makers are still prejudiced, It is high time to all OBCs are to be united and fight against this unjustice.....

The antalacists after looting this country employed sepoys, they exonerated the antalicist as oppressors, and instead started the accusation that congress was hindu communal.
CAN YOU OBC UNITELY TRY TO STUDY AND HARDWORK TO GET ADMISSION AND WILL TRY TO FIGHT AS COLD WAR INBETWEEN STUDENTS TO SCORE HIGH MARKS/GRADES. YOU ARE CALLED OBC BECAUSE OF YOUR THOUGHTS OF FIGHT ARE BASED ON WRONG WAY.
I would like to question one of your assumptions that passing criteria would remain the same and quality will not be affected...The IITs and IIMs that we are talking about, have a relative grading system (CGPA). If the average standard of the students go down, the passing criteria will simultaneously go down, hence the quality will invariably be affected. Hence in my opinion we need to have a stringent admission process and no compromise should be made with it. I sympathise with the injustice that has been made with SC/ST/OBC over the years and has resulted in keeping them economically backward. Hence I would advocate to provide them financial support for their higher education, rather then providing them direct reservation.

It seems that you are OBC, and want reservations so that you need not work hard to get good education and jobs...

Dear Mr. Haris ... hoping that you are at least literate ... the court has simply put a stay on the law stating that the 1931 census done by the British about 75 years ago can not be the basis of a reservation law ... if Arjun singh & company are that serious for the OBC then they should have passed / created the law after taking proper statistics & figures ... these Arjun singh & company only brought this law to win elections by creating vote bank ... still look they are not doing a proper statistical study but putting pressure on court only ...

all OBCs to unite - U mean the creamy layer enjoying airconditioned drives on modern cars and their poor brethren not even having access to internet in rural areas?

You are interpreting wrong. The court is not against the reservation. Had so it might had blocked the SC/STs also. The court only want reservation for needy one only and not on the basis of caste, religion. I have seen influential progressive people who are now crying for reservation. I have also seen people who are in their sheer poverty and don't know how to utilise this.
So don't beg like a begger. If you are weak then law will take care of you otherwise stay away from begging. Only the influentials are crying. How could you say Mayawati a Dalit and downtroden when she is enjoying Z security and all the lavishness. How could you say that Mulayam is backword when he is engulfed with power money etc.
So clear your mind and be a proud Indian first and not a begger

No one is suppressing any caste. These professional institutions does not admit students by caste to make any reservation on that. Its matter of merit. For eg there are only 100 seats, in the current system...the top 100 rank holders get the seats. If reservation comes, then top 77 will be all castes and 27 Has to be OBC. that means.. there are 27 Other caste, may be forward class, who would have otherwise be selected, would be deprived of the seat through reservation. This is highly discouraging on brainy guys. If OBC should join these institutions.. do not get through quota,, be a topper in the entrance exam and get in to it..that way even if all are OBC who cares..in fact..I would appreciate.. BUT reservation...its a bad way of competing. its like announcing the victory before the game. something like match fixing.

What victory?? I am an IITian.... I dont think the reservation would degrade the output quality of our education system. The education system has its own passing criterion . Let it be strict. THe facilities in IIT/IIM are provided by Indian Government, The Govt. has the responsibility that to used by Indians..... Indians means majorities are backward..... you may feel sad , the majority is backward... we want to correct it ,.... it need reservation. I know how tough to get through the entrance test....What type of people , are getting seats in IITs..Role of coachin centers. .. heavy fee structures of such coaching centers....etc.. Please understand that when the real indians are poverty and misery, some are getting super white scholar jobs because of circumstances (80%)inwhich he or she borned... Interlligence gifted by God is normally distributed , we are not able to drive the talents of the people in slums and rural areas.....there they dont have facilities....... Usually the 'rulers' overlook the supressed and court support them,, now things are changing court orders are not in that direction.............Let me stop here........... Thanks

Mr. Haris... whatever u sed is very true but if u realise all of the factors u mentioned are related more to the economic background and not to the easier and more politically favorable caste based system... Clearly, the son/daughter of an IAS officer or a regional manager in a PSU or director in a state government entity are ideally not called 'backward' - even if they may want to call themselves so for the sake of the free lunch Thx

nonsense.. they is a hollow victory.. the constitution bench will toss the two-bench verdict right out the supreme court window.. reservations are required to bring back equality in the caste-divided society

Reservation to distribute power from the anglicized and marxists is required. This reservation doesn't do that.
Great, These days SC is the only place where common people like me hope for Justice. Thanks to SC. It is a fitting reply to Pseudo Secularits for Vote Bank Politics. These power hungry people may try to make a new law in LS. WE MUST HANG THOSE MP'S SUPPORTING SUCH LAW IN LS.
Thanks for the Court that finally gave the rulling.People should hang Arjun Singh who created all the nonsence and the person who is dividing the socierty for Petty Vote.Congres who is beliving the Mahatma Gandhi Police,Who made us one now Arjun Singh is dividing the Society on the reservation,If he is so much interested for SC & St then Let him open separate University for them.Instear of doing good for the Society he is creating one by one trouble.
