Kudos to Supreme Court and all its eminent judges for defending our constitution and fundamental rights of the citizens. Time and again the union government comes out with ridiculous amendments to existing acts and new acts, ordinances etc. to suit its own vested interests or appeasing certain castes or sections of society. This has been the bane of all governments at delhi, irrespective of the parties forming the government. The Hon'ble Supreme Court should examine the provisiuon of penalisng the government with very high financial penalties for coming with ridiculous proposals.

You are under some blassfamy,or you are not properly educated.Under Indian Constitution,which is the river from where power flows to run,there is supremacy of hon!ble Supreme Court,and it is above what ignorant people call executive Government and Parliament,you may go on cherishing a foolish dream,parliament has no power to overrule Supreme Court,but the latter has power to overrule all.Question is that why you have felt offended?

Buddy ! One day there would be quota for drinking water and eating food too. Do you think that by getting quota you would get good prestige. You'd still be called dalit and it would be imprinted on you. Instead there should be no quota at all and all humans should be treated equally.

Why blame Ravi? He has said the right thing. I fully support him. Even M. Karunanidhi, the CM of TN, says a LC person in TN takes pride in calling himself like that, while in North India, a LC feels ashamed in calling himself an LC. He accepts that in TN, it is the Shudra's rule (in Tamil, it is called is NANGAM THARA). While he (Karunanidhi) accepts that he himself is a shudra, why are you getting so agitated Satish? HAHAHAHAAHHAHA, Dalit raj, one day when the dalits would rule, then the upper caste would become the lower caste. Then you would be the upper caste. At that time of your rule, your leaders would provide reservation to the todays UC. HAHAHAHA. And again the same story. Do you think you would be getting anything from it. People with low marks will become Doctors and engineers and people would be dying everywhere due to wrong treatment and low quality infrastructure and then you may also be the one to die. Instead of supporting this quota system, you should try to compete in the market and upgrade yourself. Then nobody would call you dalit or lower caste. If you go for quota the name dalit will stay with you forever. I think we Indians should change our mindset of getting things done easily and go for healthy competetion so that we'd be competetive at the world level.

If UC is 10% we then want minority status and will take away 90% of the seats.
Try to think fair dalitraj. If minority you need reservation. If majority you need reservation! Oh oh!
Getting a seat in IIT/IIM is not important. Let me see ~ 90% of the 'reservation' guys will fail. Not because they are not intelligent. The intelligent ones are invariably poor and cannot afford to exploit the system. Other 'money men' will exploit it. Simple!
I have a friend who is a ST but he is very intelligent. Thus I dont mean to speak ill of other's caliber!
The politicians, especially the congress holds the Country to ransom , by its electoral and voters at election times implementation programmes. Already they are arrogantly favouring the pakistanis in ahnds in glove manner by, almost aceding to each and every demands of of pakistand and asking the army to vacate the areas and handover them to administration., who are all pakistan favourers. Similarly by appeasing the muslim voters and their leaders, they have not only segregated the community, but also created a distrust among themselves, there by giving them room to go in for underground work for the pakistanis. Like that in State Politics, it takes a sides, and divides the people on every count/ The recent escalation of violence and the grip and extension of areas under hold by the maoists and naxalites is a good example.The various governments had under great pain, controlled them over the years, but just for the sake of political mileage, under various pretexts, they were given reprieve by way of talks and other modes,. Just like the reservation issue, I would like tthe Supreme Court to go inot these type of issues, which undermines the demographic status as well as coherence of the states in to a question mark. Let them first choose someother flag instead of the present one. Because , many people in INDIA donot know the difference between the congress FLAG and the NATIONAL FLAG. And let them surrender aall their properties, mainly for enjoying the fruits inone way or the other many or still sticking to the Congress. Even the admission of Late Moopanar into the congress is also a modus operandi, to get hold of the Prime property of the Congress, of which Mr.Moopanar was the trustee along with two other members. Let them do it.
As GANDHIJI said these things, at the time of Independence, to dissolve congress, give the property to the country back and also said tha tthe CONGRESS should never claim the sole right for the freedom and independence of INDIA. Let them do it and then let them by their acrtion come up to the political front of INDIAN Government ADMINISTRATION.
