Govt. is doing everything with an eye to their vote bank.It is found that one caste declared that if you give us reservation we will vote for you--Shame to Indian democracy and its politicians.Progress or development-- is not concerned only vote is the main factor.This type of action in the name Reservation will create dis-unity among the people of India.
Indian politicians shed crocodile tears on reservationists only to destroy them permanently beyond redemption in terms of their failure to inculcate the competitive spirit. It is an unfortunate truth which many fail to understand particularly the non-reservationists. The politicians of India never allow the country to progress for fear of losing their power and no political party is an exception hardly realizing that their greed for power would attract once again the foreign rule of the country. The country is heading fast toward national disintegration by these divisive forces. Kudos to the supreme court judges who have not been swayed away by outbursts of the politicians on OBC quota.
Mr.Karunanidhi as is wont with him has offered an one-sided comment that the fat of some sixty crores of people hang in the hands of some three men and that makes a mockery of Democracy in the country purposely and conveniently concealing the fact that the fate of one hundred crores of peole of India are tampered with by a few politicians of his type in the minority goverments and that kills democracy in he country. the very behaviour of this person heading aminority goernment in Tamil nadu and supporting aminotity goernment in the Center ives an impressioin that these politicians think tha they are dictators and the constitution is subordinate to them. Those who do not understand democracy and the difference between the legislature and the constitution ar posing like expert administrators .theman is incapable of even regulating the Auto rickhas in his state speaks about democracy shamelessly. Tamil ndu is heonly State in the whole os India which is incapable of regulating even the auto rickhas according to rules.the chief Minister and any minister of that state is unfit totalk about any thing /problem in this country.Let hem firs regulate the auto rickshas in their state and learn how toimplement and enforce rules for teh bgenefit of the ordinary man in their state .
indian parlament have only support of 20 to 30 % of indian citzen's. so i think that supreme court is better equiped to revie laws. in Rajasthan we saw the basis of reveration. one community said that if you give us reservation we will vote for you. the party was ready got vote and came to power. shame for indian democrcey.

We hav only a minority goernment in the center and such a government shall nt abe allowed to tamper with the lives of people by enacting law meant to boost their vote banks .The courts should be vigilant to protect the constitutional rights of he people ,but for the courts these dirty politicians will devour the people .
Supreme Court certainly has jurisdiction to decide the Constitutional validity of the law.
But such cases where law is passed unanimously by Parliament and the question of referring the matter to larger bench should be decided fast by Supreme Court and not like an ordinary case which in our country lingers for any length time
At last it is a very positive sign for we Indians and the entire lot of people,that the judicial system in India esp. the Supreme Court keeps a check on the Indian politicans. For a commoner like many of us, it is a very healthy sign that atleast Supreme Court is here to put it's foot down against the atrocities of the politicians. Politicians are only trying to gain mileage out of this quota system and there isn't anything better for them to do. Opportunities today are in abundance and one doesn't need a quota to help progress in life or in career.
Breaking News! Mr. Arjun singh's proposal of reservations in the UN security council for India to promote equality and social justice for a nation that has been oppressed won the majority and has guaranteed India a seat in the security council.
Mr. Karunanidhi beat Mr. Singh to the punch though. Citing that the North has always suppressed south, the TN chief minister put forth his own reservation scheme that the UN security council post be reserved for someone from the south and declared, his own son, for the post.
One man fought against racial discrimination in South africa and fought against caste based discrimination in India. And in 60 years, the fight goes on and in the same name, but now the earlier victims hold the weapons. They bray for blood and in the land of Gandhi, in the country of equality, and in the place where even killers are pardoned, revenge is sought for ancestoral sins. It is truly a pity that a criminal can be elected to power, but an innocent is denied equal education for the sins of his/her ancestors.
Thank God! majority in India is awakened to the reality of systematic looting of bhraminical forces in the name of equality, merit, casteless society, Ram...etc.etc...It took more than fifty years for the pioneers(well developed southern states) of social justice to spread the equiality all over the nation. Just think why the southern states are developed and well administered? Answer is simple! Reservation!! That is social justice due to reformist politicians. I will not ask why big northern states are poor with rich resources including meritorious people. You are meritorious to know the answer. We will protect our rights at any cost from the hands of intelligent and meritorious class who know nothing except looting. Do not forget that majority has the power to rewrite the constitution as and when it is necessary! It is known that more than this intellegent class,%u3000corporate is more interested and worried about reservation. They can never escape. Now the fire is ON. So the present celebrations will be short lived for sure as happened after Mandal. Cheers guys!!!!!!!

Dear sir you are trying to fool soceity itself.so you are more intelligent than forward caste people.only thing is that you require free housing,free seat,free degree,free job,free salary ,frre,free,free,etcetc,you will take money and vote.all the forward caste people should work like slaves for you.so that you will come and tell this world equallity coming slowly in this soiceitybut it takes few more years.(i.e)till you are alive.than you sons follows the game.Stop making these kind of wrong statements.Every one in this society are suffering except so called ploticians.Why are you people crying on brahmins and other forward caste.Do you know indiahas been rules by muslims for 800 years and britishers for 200 years. Last 1000 years ruled by non hindus.There are more people in brahmins than many communities. i have few atleast 50 brahmins/forward caste boys un married and un employed with me.They are ready to marry any caste girl let politicins who are advocating eradication of caste bbring their elite daugters they will be married immediately this is my promise to you.Come let us eradicate caste.Let rahul gandhi be married to a dalit or obc go and tell them. politicians of the country are going to face dire consequence if they intrude into the shoes of judiciary

Mr Cheran: Are you counting Punjab and Maharastra as southern states? If your theory is right, why are the southern most districts, the hotbed of the revolution, worst-developed in TN (assuming you are from TN given your name)? Further, the recent growth in TN, AP and KN are from privatization which employs no reservation (pun intended).
O brother! Majority wins alright, but kills as well. Only 60 years ago, this same animosity, fed by similar thoughts and instincts, created a holocaust. Majority wins alright, but is not always right, o brother!
