The Congress is the biggest culprit of the allegation made by the PM. Otherwise, how will he justify his message of first use of national resources by muslims? How will he justify special reservations to muslims? All this when the UP elections were just round the corner.
Mr Suresh Singh says - "india would be a peaceful country if all the muslims left this country at the time of partion."
Actually, India would be a peaceful country if people like him (be they Hindu, Muslim or Christian) left the country.
Now lets say our learned friend Mr Suresh Singh had his way - kick all Muslims out of the country & make India a Hindu state. Will that solve all your problems? Will that correct things? Take a look at Nepal. Its a Hindu country and they arent leading blissful lives. Things arent peaceful and pleasant there. So, Nepal is proof enough that Mr Suresh Singh's hypothesis is just a load of bull.
And Mr. Suresh Singh, lets not forget the achievements of Muslims in India - Kalam, Premji, Dilip Kumar, SRk,.....some of these names maybe familiar to you.

There are a lot of racist users on the rediff forums.....Hindu vs Muslim, North vs South. Its always - "My religion better than your religion. My state better than your state. My language better than your language. My movie stars better than your movie stars." ME, ME, ME! Thats all we get to hear.
Muslims are not out to take over India. If you look closely, you'll notice that they're too busy trying to make a living to feed their families. All of them arent assembling bombs at home. You are correct to the last T Mr. Sajid.
It is a nobody's case that India was peaceful before demolition of Masjid or India would be peaceful if some people left the country.
Coming back to the issue, please think as to why Muslims are addressed as Muslims during elections and not as ordinary citizens? Is it because they have a tendency (actual or perceived?) to vote en bloc to the party which will take care of their interests?
There is no harm in the logic that voting has to be based on interests. But if the interests get a religious color, the problem starts.
No fight with any citizen who votes according to his interests in getting good education for his children or healthcare or better infrastructure.
Ignore the hardliners. there will be many people saying my religion this or that. The real issue is how we elect our leaders. If they provide good governance, religion should not come in the way.
Enbloc voting the the root cause of problems. It is not confined to Muslims alone. It is there with others also who vote for their caste.
Another side of coin is that in all this noise about appeasement, Muslims get nothing. On one hand they are blamed for voting on religious lines by the majority, on another hand the the party which gets votes takes them for granted.
Otherwise Sachar commetee would not be needed after 50 years of COngress rule.
How the Nation discuss on the subject matter, will be an interesting question. Day before yesterday, an Urdu letter was shown through which Mrs. Sonia was requesting to Muslims of UP to vote for Congress, sometimes, it must be the first attempt from the Congress end requesting to Muslim voters to vote to Congress since independent. Somehow our PM has no information about it.
It sounds very elite to talk of secularism but you need to first set your own house in order before you become preacher of secularism.
Some facts for the masses: 1. It was congress which in a bid to appease muslim clerics reversed SC order on Shah Bano Case. 2. It were congress goons who perpetrated one the worst massacres on sikh. 3. Congress always believed in 'Divide and Rule'.
If congress were so progressive and secular then we wouldnot have social tensions and ghettoism in the scale that we are seeing today. Congress doesn't care about majority (read hindus) because it knows that they vote on casteist lines. It doesn't care about christians as they don't vote on religious sentiments. Congress can go any length to woo muslim community as they are known to vote on religious lines (I don't blame them). Its because of congress differential and discriminating public policies that we saw rise of parties like BJP, VHP, Shiv Sena (all extremist parties)... BSP.
True secularism says no discrimination on basis of not only religion but also on basis of caste, creed and color. What govt. is doing in the name of social uplitment are only quickfix solutions?
1. Why majority of muslims are in backward condition? Govt. need to go at the root of the problem. Problem lies in educations. Still 95% of muslims go to madarsas which is totally unregulated. In absence of well accredited course curriculum, students out of these madarsas find it difficult to come in mainstream. What options then these young indians are left with? Its a vicious cycle of alienation.
2. Why Congress is not excluding creamy layers as reservation beneficiaries? Reservation policy has the backing of powerful lobby of OBC IAS and politicians. The percentage of actual OBCs (the real needy ones) who are going to benefit will be very low. Truth is there are no schools in the remote regions and if school is there then there are no teachers and students. I don't understand how reservation going to help these ppl.
Secularism is a total fraud perpetrated by the so-called-secular parties - congress and communists.

Say there are 4 girls if they are married to One Man they will have 2 children each which will count to 8 children in total, if the 4 girls marry 4 men also the number of chidren is 8.. Yes they may have 10-20 Children because they have very strong belief in GOD that they survive happily with his Grace... and to tell you facts though they are poor they are very very happy in their lives only becase of this strong belief. Then obviously they dont plan for their families

Recently, it is Congress party who is forcing for the reservation on the caste, Bank loan to minority etc. All the politician should be banned who talk about to disintegrate the people where particulars thik that government is favouring the particular people.
