Your article is heart felt. If ur correspondents can reach so deep into bihar, i think you can very well start a HONEST charity which can help these students.
Please advertise such charity on the net. There will be many you want to help but cant help.
I am travelling to India in June. I would like to donate some money. I am not working abroad but i study abroad. I would like to give some money to 2 or 3 of these girls when i am in india from my savings. I can avoid buying something when it comes to a noble cause. Can anyone let me know how i can donate to them.?
my email is varunr2000@yahoo.com it would be good if someone from the rediff contacts me. I dont want some anti-social elements to contact me and take the money. I am making a sincere donation so people with bad attitude stay out!!!

you can donate to a NGO Snkalp which is among those active layers in Bihar. But I advice you first gather information about Sankal from your side too. These guys are doing really great job in prmoting education and placements of students from Bihar and poor children there. I am also willing to donate some amount to them or some place if rediff makes to do so.

Hello, this is my request to all the Bihari's that the development which has started now may take long time. therefore we have to give chance to our CM on more time, i mean whenever you go home please tell people from ur village to give vote to NITISH KUMAR. HE WILL DEFENITELY CHANGE THE FACE OF BIHAR.

is this the time to discuss who is poor and who is not, think abt the possible remedies n how to overcome this prob to make their live at par with other people
Almost all of us who post messages here do not have to worry about getting our dinner, or breakfast or lunch for that matter. It is easy to blame the politicians for all that is wrong in our country but let us be truthful and say for ourself wether we are have done our bit yo make things better for this people.
That's indicate the fighting power of the girls is increase for right good things. This is shows how we are facing lot of problems regardig education even we adopt free education for girls scheme & one village one school. But the the girls were really made effort for learn something. and from that giras were shows our furure is must be grown upwards
Brand Bihar and Bihari which had been tarnished under the misrule of Laloo has found respite from this down fall ever since Nitish Kumar took over as CM. There is a perceptible difference in the outlook of people in Bihar. Govt. Servants want to work, a lot of improvement in law and order, focus on social and educational upliftment ( the story above reinforces this ) has resulted. I pray to god that Bihar and Bihari will get their position as they rightfully deserve.
I would conclude by saying Nitish rahe Kayam aur Bhaad me jaye Mulayam.

correction ................. you can't take bihar out of Bihari.
Nitish is doing a great work. UP also need a similar CM. I can't see any ray of light, at least, in current election. But, I hope electorate of UP will learn something from this and will vote for the right candidate who want to take state on the path of progress. They will understand that corrupt politician are not good for anybody, not even for their own caste and religion. Without using our conscience, we vote for someone corrupt and having criminal background, just because he belongs to our community. Stop this! We desperately need to come out of caste and religion. Give vote to somebody like Rahul Gandhi. Though he is naive but at least his intensions are good and best thing is he doesn%u2019t belong to any caste and religion. What%u2019s harm in trying him. Mayawati, Mulayam, Kalyan all have done enough for state by dividing people.
