why don'y you accept that Bihari's are the one who should be blammed for Bihar. No where in Bihar you can get even your genuine work by giving bribe. Those who takes bribes are i guess Biharis only and those who makes hue and cry about bihar is also biharis.Anything is poosible in bihar and no one get stunned. In lalu's regime also one has to give 40% to bihari babus for any development plan and now also you have to give same. So who should be blame for... just shouting slogans and asking NRIs are not going to help. the channel through which the money circulates are corrupt and unfortunately can't be changed. So bihari are biharis that it..

Donations - Can REDIFF do something
by prasad avln on Apr 23, 2007 12:14 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

HELLO,

Every once in a while comes a column which brings to the forefront a truth so bitter to swallow but whose taste lingers on for a long time always poking the inner self to do something as a fellow Indian. It would be great if Rediff can also with every such valuable issue post links to NGO and other social organisations fighting for such causes with whom individuals can get in touch and be a part in some form or other. Definitely there are many NRI who read and feel motivated to something in some minute way which would help in a great way - would also be a good way for the Site to be a social bridge

hi,
I dont understand why everyone targets NRI and politicians to make changes in our country.
Since I am also an NRI now I dont thing all the NRI's has to come forward. I am not supporting the NRIs, It is not NRIs duty to work a lot outside the country and to give the money to the poor in India. NRIs are also like other indians they are not different from others. The growth and richness to country comes only when we know how to be proud to be an indian and self-dependent. Imagine 10,00,000 NRIs give all there money to the poor in india, will india become rich or at least few poor become rich.... No way. India will become rich only one every indian know what he is and what he must do for his wellfare. I think most of them dont know what they want, they just know to ask what others use to ask. This is my personal belief.

Now this condition has arrived in our country that we have started abusing our own religion with likes of mr M. who could be a converted Hindu to some other religion either by force of any islamic ruler's disregard for democracy or some brainwashing gurus.
I suspect that he even knows the fact that it's due to hinduism, India survived so many catastrophe and invasions, so many western muslim invaders who could not convert india into muslim coutnry even after so many years of evasions and rule and destruction. India and hinduism are synonymous to civilization, the oldest civilization. Would have been it so bad, those guys criticizing it today would not be able to do so even.
It's just a jealous statement coming out of ignorance in social illiteracy. Christ came to India to float chritianity in world. And people don't need to look upto Islam, a religion which has ebcome synonym of devastation, barbarism, cruelty and backwardness. mohammad made his son-in-law the incharge of Islam and mohammad's son killed him. this bloodbath and story of betrayal itself defines what Islam is all about. Islam is today's terrorists religion. A sin for humanity which is distrubing all and every part of world. And those who are good in it don't stop the evils who are giving badnames to Islam. Muslim are evn responsbile for problems to India, and they are behind the success fo divide and rule policy by so called secular governments. Same is with so called revolutionary hindus, who don't know anything about hindusim and just in fashion become leftists and start abusing this grand religion due to which they are surviving. It's high time to all hindus to unite and develop india. too much badmouthing has been done against hinduism.
