Even after this tragedy,Politicians in USA are not inclined to pass anti-arms legislation.

All politicians are of the same breed whether America se India se Africa se Europe se India.

what difference does it make if he hails from erode or chennai. He is lost for ever, rather his parents lost him. We can onlyt pray Almighty to give enough strength and courage to bear this loss of theirs. Same is the case with Minal Panchal. My heart goes to her family and sympathyize with them at this hours of crisis in their life. We are helpless. It is an eye opner for the law makers of US, where licencing of arm should be streamlined and looked into afresh.

The Guns and the USA
by B A on Apr 18, 2007 10:52 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Nothing like this incidents could be prevented elsewhere in the USA unless there is a strict laws on licensing or using such deadly weapons. It is a well known fact that USA has thousands of gun shops and it is very easy for everyone to acquire one. This should be stopped immedidately and there should not be any free trade of weapons all over the country. The goverment should consider this and should act proactively to avoid such rampages which are happening always in the US. Will the government consider this on the sake of the life's that were lost and about to lose by the usage of guns in the wrong hands and to the hands of children. For the sake of the lives that were lost in the series of incidents including this Virginia shooting govt and the public should act fast..Lives or Guns?

Any countries in west including US can not ban usage of guns coz for these people hunting with guns is hobby and most senetors and congressmen have guns and in US any one can go to shop and buy guns. They feel having gun is their fundamental right. Unless the US people change their attitude these things will keep happening.
