by Raj Aryan on Apr 18, 2007 03:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

i demand indian govt. to revive the old fashioned arms act and to follow US laws in this regard.Though the above incident happened its very rare to happen. In india to obtain a pistol is a big headache. Its raising concern among indians about their self defence.

Arey chup!!!!
Mr. Raj, I think you are also a psycho. How can you talk like a fool thinking about buying a pistol when there is a tragedy happened due to its bloody use. If you want to die....there are many ways but don't hurt others. Think like a man. Not like a Egoistic coward. Have a heart. You can't even make a dead live how can you think of buying a pistol. Sell garam chai on platform if you want to make a living. Nothing comes for free. I expect you to have a nice life and good senses.

yeah right. it is impossible for an ordinary law abiding guy to get a gun in india, but not a problem for criminals or certain kind of people (whom the govt, read bearucrats, can betow ). yep orinary guys in india cannot be trusted with guns, they might actually use them to protect themselves and their families, how dangerous !!

gun culture is the last thing india needs. more guns - more stupid people turning them to innocent people. removing guns wont remove stupid people, it just removes the killing part harder. no mass murders, no such incidents.

It is defenitely shocking to hear this incident. My condolences to the bereaved family. But more shocking is to know that,a weapon can be taken into highly secure University campus and on top of that the weapon gets into the hands of student who is not even the citizen of USA.I preseume to get a gun in america is a cake walk.HATS OF TO THE AMERICANS.

US, the most unsafe place to live in!!!!!
by joy sengupta on Apr 18, 2007 03:29 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Ya, its sad... But then it shows where the country is heading towards.. With George W Bush busy in destroying other nations, the countyr has become crammed with maniacs and psychos who kill people without a reason..

And the so called government just talks skyscrapers and gives its condolances only to wait for another maniac act.

Mr. Bush, please stop bothering other nations and look after your own country. So the saying goes, "What you sow, you reap."

Spot on dear friend. America should now concentrate on its own internal security rather then hunting for WMDs in other nations.

Please also spare a thot for the 2 young farmers who committed suicide in Vidharbha due to poverty. They will not even get any relief from anyone or any ex-gratia from the govt.
They leave their poor families behind and a dark future.

Get a grip on reality. Watch movies like Hotel Rwanda and Shooting Dogs to see what the white westerners think of black as well as brown people. One guy died in US and the government is bending over backwards to give plane tickets, passports to relatives.

Compensation
by Deceptive Swine on Apr 18, 2007 02:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is the duty of US to protect innocent civilians in their territory (especially foreign students). If US does not compensate them they should be hauled before international court of justice.
