Nandigram

All religious persons should be firmly kept away from political issues. They will only make the situation worse. Let the church worry about its own flock and not fish in troubled waters.

Church offers to mediate in Nandigram
by S Kiran on Apr 17, 2007 04:02 PM  Permalink

There should be no room for religion to play its part in Nandigrma's problems. Religion has created enough problems which we are not able to overcome yet.

BJP may does not agree
by Sahadevan KK on Apr 17, 2007 01:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

BJP may does not agree, because they like to increase the communal violence in whole India. CPI(M) is against their agenda, because they like to eradicate the Left from WB. They are ready to join with Jamaat Ulema Hind like Muslim extremist groups.

Oh Mr Sahadevan,

Mr Ahmed Shah may be feeling pity with your communist idea/thoughts. You Communists are blind people and have a single point of criticising BJP & Hindutvavada. While Mr Ahmed is afraid of the Catholic Church indulging in illegal conversion you people are finding fault with BJ[P. What a pity.

Church looking for new sheeps for salvation
by Ahimsa on Apr 17, 2007 12:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Beware of church.

Where ever church has gone, it has destroyed the local tradition.

Denigrated the existing culture. Converted people.

President Robert Mugabe once told.

"When missionaries came here they had bible and we had land. They asked us to close our eyes and pray. We realised that , we had bible in our hands and missionaries had our land"
