I sincerely hope Rahul Gandhi would support the freedom fighters of Baluchistan, Tibet, East Turkistan, Sindh and Pakhtunistan. Then he will be the great prime-minister India has ever seen.

has he gone mad! what is the need to dig such an old and sensitive issue? this is not a sensible of getting into lime light. if he is so proud of his ancestors, plz, some body suggest him to concentrate on some real issues India facing at the moment and do some thing for the people. there is a saying in Telugu 'chettu peru cheppukuni kaayalu ammukovatam' anta ide. grow up Rahul. India needs young politicians such as you, but not an young man who eats on their ancestors.

For all the criticism of Mahatma Gandhi, he ensured that we had a peaceful society and not a full-blown civil war after Freedom.
What did the pseudo-Gandhi's do. Indira, thrived on catchy slogans and the Gandhi name. In Emergency, LTTE, Sikh ravage she destroyed the lives of many people and also ruined the ethical high ground that Freedom leaders had after Independence. She also laid the foundation of base politics that we see today.
Sanjay Gandhi was single handedly responsible for the largest pillage in India. Rajiv was not a politician and India did make good progress under him. Finally, Soniya and her littany....well do I need say anything.

'Soniya' and her littany as you have put it made sure that our economy is safe, made GDP growth rate over 8% and prevented the utter dimemberment of this country on religious lines as wished by the Sangh Parivar goondas
It will take some time for Rahul to perfect his speach. Till then he should employ a better writer. Bangladesh was created with the blood of the people of East Bengal. India entered the conflict because of the high handed acts of Pak.
