I think rahul showed his immaturity in politics by giving out this statement. He has shaken what India has always stood for : Good relationship with the neighbouring countries .One shouldnt recite again and again what his family has done in the past . Politicians should push the country forward not vice versa . Think big and do some thing good for the country not make empty statements .
But, you can expect a denial from Congress Spokesmen that Rahul Gandhi (ji) was talking about the division in the Pakistan cricket team !! or you never know, the spokesman might say these remarks are not attributed to Rahul Gandhi (ji) - the person was some other Rahul.
God bless India to free from these type of political leaders.

Fully agree with Girish ji! This fellow is RANK FOOL not even knw the basic History of Bharat...I bet this rascal doesnt even knw his own christian history.
When 100 year old party doesn't have gut to find a mature leader beyond dynasty these things are bound to happen. Firstly the name "Gandhi" being carried on itself is hypocratic. Thes are successors to a Parsi "Gandhy" and have nothing to do with great Gandhiji. Secondly, the poor Feroz Gandhy or Gandhi was never treated well by the maternal dynastic head Nehruji who undoubdebly was great.
There is no question of any border crossing or immature bragging. These are calclated statements the speachwriters are including for Rahul. It aims at showing that enough for Manmohan or any other Congressman outside Nehru Family to think of being effective Prime Minister of the country.
Poor Manmohanji tried restrict Rahul to be future of "UP". Sirji, all his statments are being scripted to show him to be the necessity of "Family" leading "India" - not in future now and immediately. Perhaps, it would be scripted sone that either Rahul or Soniya has to take therigns of country in hands if Congress wants to win the next elections.
Oh .. that was totally hilarious. That shows the immaturity of Rahul Gandhi. Even a moron will think before making these kind of outrageous statements but then again we all know this the 'great' Gandhi family which is accustomed to suck even the last drop of blood from India.
What is it that Rahul wants to say: 1) All that is good done in India is done by Gandhi's? 2)What was unfortunate is done when Gandhi's were not ruling the country? Lets take a few examples of his quotes and dig deep. Had the partition done correctly? If yes, then we shouldn't have many leaders fight for Minority vote....or the relative Minority people keep thinking of they not being carried along with the mainstream. Had his great grandfather dealt with J & K correctly, we shouldn't have had many soldiers dying ever day even after 50years. Did Emergency was imposed by Mrs Gandhi under the influence of somebody? Else, how come Gandhi's do a mistake? At his level, if his claims of his legacy, I find no mistake when illiterate uppercaste enforce their legacy. Now where are you leading the nation to Mr Rahul? Babri masjid demolished when Gandhi's were not ruling? what was your mother doing then? Bofor's was done by Gandhi's? No. Its only conspiracy by Opposition and left.. We end up just counting too many of bad's done by Gandhi's. If Congress says its true and is history, I would like to remind, he is heir of Nehru, somehow carrying sir name of Gandhi.
