Musharaff has done enough to destroy pakistan. NWFP is totally lost, baluch is going to explode any moment, punjab and sindh are the only places where they have something to eat and they have for long expressed their unwillingness to stay with pakistan. Another 10 years of military regime and pakistan will be torn into 5 or 6 pieces. Good for india.

I also agree that Musharraf should stay in power. He'll leave no stone unturned in destroying Pakistan.....
Already reports are coming in that some parts of PoK will declare independence from Pakistan soon as there has been no development there and people there feel that their brothers in Indian Kashmir are much better off.... Also Pakistan doesn't have much control over these areas in economic and armed context....
Hopefully it will be followed by divisions in NWFP and Sind....
May god give enough power to that idiot to stay in power for few more years....

Gaurav ...... Seems like you take pleasure in destruction. You should realise that its the people who suffer. Be it Indian or a Pakistani ... Comman Man like you and me is losing. So destruction and division is not a solution. Do you think you would be better off if Pakistan is divided further? What pleasure would u derive out of it?

Stanislaus, Indians have historically never taken pleasure in other's destruction but should we pray for the welfare of a nation who is actively trying to foment trouble in my country by training and sending terrorists, by encouraging outfits like ULFA, PWG and of course the culprits (Kashmiri militants).... And what about the fact that our biggest enemy Dawood Ibrahim enjoys celebrity status in Pakistan with ISI looking after his security.... Common man is not allowed to enter the street in Clifton, Karachi where residences of Dawood, Anis, Chota Shakeel are located....
These outfits and people have murdered innocent people here and are trying to de-stabilize the country.... Of course I'll take pleasure in the destruction of such a nation....

dsouz, what about the pleasure these people took while carving a nation for themselves? How many were killed? Do you have any idea of that? All common men were killed an forced to live like refugees in our own country. . At least, with pakiland destroyed / divided, we need not spend so much on defence and instead (provided we have responsible governance), spend more on things that matter. Also, muslims in India will probably behave when they see their cynosure nation being destroyed in spite of having huge firearms and destructive material, that cause destruction, the same destruction you so despise.
Democracy in Pakistan is not like the democracy in UK USA or India.there social elite Zaminder and socially forwards are always fought with Military Generals for power. This is the power which define who will gain and how much.See the TV channels High court judges all are not from middle class or lower middle class people of Pakistan. Even If they comes into power by so called democratic means- named Election the social and financial condition of common Pakistani will not improve. This is a case of fighting for APNA JEB Bharo movement. The benificiary will be Highly placed social elite only.
During the course of reading "The unnamed enemy of Musharraf" it just crossed my mind how the media is used to divert the attention of the public from the main issues. Cricket was one of them. Well digging further, the mystery murder of Bob Woolmer was carried out very professionally. Do we smell something here? Did it not take the public into deep thinking for a while? But its good that the people of Pakistan are wise enough to realise that the judicial system is the most important aspect of a healthy nation. Not that we are against Musharraf - but justice should prevail and how could it without an independent judiciary. Hope Pakistan comes out of this man made crisis ..........

Why aren't we against Musharraf?..... That freak was responsible for the killings of more than 700 of our brave soldiers... Though we thrashed the sissy Pakistani army out of Kargil, who'll compensate the loss of our heroes?....

Gaurav, Musharraf is not alone responsible. Neither is Pakistan alone. Do you think that our Government is sincerely seeking a solution? do you think they have enough time to think of issues facing the county after they spend so much time sorting out party issues and stitching their pockets so that they dont tear with the burden they have on them?
The people of Pakistan should realise that they should stand against Musharraf

dsouz, how can we think of solutions when their spies in this country vote en-masse to defeat a good party and bring out goonda leaders, instead? . Any strong action is seen negatively by the volatile and violent muslim public in india. How can we think of solutions? . And it doesn't take the Indian side to plan and execute an occupancy of Indian territory (kargil). So, they (papis) ARE alone in this.

What solution are we talking about here?..... The only solution that'll satisfy Pakistan is the seperation of Kashmir from India.... Many times India has offered to convert the LOC into an international border which all international powers reckon is the best solution but Pakistan is not even ready to discuss it.... The one leader who'd given it serious consideration (Nawaz Sharif) was thrown out..
The fact is that Pakistan just wants to avenge the division of Pakistan with Indian help though they fail to recognise that circumstances were different when Bangladesh was created.... India was directly affected as millions of refugees were pouring into India due to the atrocities committed by the Pakistani establishment by first not recognising Mujibur Rehman as the Prime Minister of Pakistan though he'd won the elections by an overwhelming majority.. Secondly when protests broke out, the Pakistani army used violent means against their people....
Though Pakistan would like to paint a different picture, but the fact is Indian establishment has been much more tolerant and accommodating towards the people of J&K.... Infact army officers have been severely punished for committing wrongs in J&K.... Ever heard of even a pakistani soldier being convicted in Pakistan for crimes committed in Bangladesh?.....
The article says 'The unnamed enemy of Pakistan' on the headline page but the article is titled 'The unnamed enemy of Musharraf'. This means one of the 3 options - 1) Rediff editor is careless and has allowed a typo 2) Sensationalism journalism? 3) Some stooge of Mush is sitting at rediff office who beleives Pakistan is Musharraf and Musharraf is Pakistan. Which one? Any ideas
Pakistan Army is diverting the public attention since the last 60 years.Kashmir is used to generate mass public hysteria by govt. controlled media and the worst is Urdu press .People are made to belive that Kashmir can be "liberated" through jihad. Perpetual confrontation with India keeps pak army in power. All these Pak Army Generals live very levish life styles with no accontabiltiy at all .In reality Pakistan army has colonized their own country with the backing of USA.Chief Justice of a country is dragged on the street and the irony is Champion of Democracy Britain /America will never promote it in pakistan

Whose attention are they diverting? The People of Pakistan...... Well Yes!!
India's too ? No ... I feel our politicians have never paid any sincere attention to this issue to be diverted.
WE ARE A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IS HOW IS IT BENEFICIAL TO US.MOST OF THE POLITICIANS RULING AT THE CENTRE & STATE LEVEL ARE CRIMINALS. IF WE HAVE TO GO TO WAR SAY AGAINST PAKISTAN THERE WOULD BE PROTESTS FROM MULAYAM & CPI, HOW WOULD THAT BE BENEFICIAL TO US. THERE IS NO POLITICAL SUPPORT FOR OUR MILITARY MEN, KARGIL WAR - WE LOST MORE MEN THAN PAKISTAN AS OUR ARMY WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ATTACK FROM WITHIN PAKISTAN. MOST OF THE COUNTRIES PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH AND TO SOME EXTENT NEPAL & CHINA HAVE TERRORIST OUTWITS WHICH WORK AGAINS'T OUR INTEREST. OUR ISSUES ARE NEVER TAKEN SERIOUSLY, INSTEAD WHENEVER OUR FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTER CRITICISES OR SAYS SOMETHING IT SEEMS AS A JOKE AS IT LOOKS LIKE A BARK RATHER TAHN A BITE.
Pakis have only one enemy. It is the blind belief, shut mind and the faith that peddling terror to people of other faith will lead to Heaven and company of the 'Hoors'.
Men have treated women too shabbily for centuries in such societies and unless the Pakis open to religious thinkers like the Indians do, Pakis will always be in the midst of Fatwas and 'Hate India' will be their only favorite national and cultural pastime.
No faith can appeal to scientific mind if it proclaims that clock of thought stopped ticking centuries ago.
Democracy will never prevail in Pak. They are a country already split up in a number of ways, the Baluch uprising, Pashtun resurgence, needs power and terror to keep the country together.
Even if democracy has a way in Pakistan, it will split up the country into numerous territories. The NWFP is totally a Taliban controlled domain, totally lawless; and they will sink into total anarchy and violence once the people get a voice.....America will lose control of this region....so all in all, democracy will be difficult and even international politics will try its best to keep Pakistan under a military rule.....
Democracy will never hit the doors of Pak no matter what. Pakistan is such a country where 60% of the people are criminals and nearly 90% of NRP(Non-Resident Pakistanis) are criminals. This is a certified report given by USA in 2006. The count likely to increase more in 2007-08. It is very unfortunate that India's neighbour/enemy is Pakistan. They will never change at any point of time. If India wants to be a terrorism free country either they have to crush pakistan completely or have to totally get rid of them on all areas incl Cricket, export/import, trade, Bus/Air/Train/Road/Ship travel, Bollywood-Tollywood butt licking etc. Isolate them on all areas will put pakistan under enormous pressure and at the same time, J&K borders have to doubled with more troops. If India ready to do like this, then with in 3 years, pak will meakly surrender due to economic collapse. If democracy have to prevail in Pak then their current economy have to collapse and a revolution have to take place to throw the ISI-Military backed puppet govt's.
