IAS & IPS wo hi bante hain, jo UPSC main jugad rakhten hain , sab fix ho jata hai, koi batae ki ek khas samay main sare meena ( a st cast from rajasthan kaise services main bhar gaye), unka adminisration main selection percentage unke high school qualifying students se bhi jyada tha. Koi shak? Himmat hai Audit karwa lo.Ye to ek example hai.
It is the problem of the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. He would have already lost sleep. Now, it is the turn of the 10th standard scholars to advise him what is his limit.

@ Sunil Agarwal... You are confusing education with degree. Even though Bill Gates & Spielberg dont have degrees from university, they are educated. Degrees are just to validate our education. Our politicians dont have proper education. They are technologically challenged. Their policies are self-centric rather than people-centric. But do you know that sad fact? The fact is that the quality of people can be determined by their leaders. Ofcourse there are always exceptions.

Don't confuse yourself, 10th class pass are also educated. If we consider 10th class pass person is gunda, and corrupt then we are biased.
If all so called educated mass is so honest then we wouldn't have single corruption from government official.

But .. you know what ...our politicians havent passed class 10 also. Goondagardi has nothing to do with education. We are talking about EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATION, not about corruption. Even American beaureacracy is corrupted. But it is effectively managed.

You are right to a certain extent. But it depends on the background of the country you are born in. In a fairly backward country like India (inspite of all the brouhaha about development), education holds the key for worldy knowledge. I do not mean global by worldly, I mean our immediate surroundings, daily life, etc. Bill Gates, Michael Dell, etc are products of a very developed country.

Sure, but we are not talking about Bill Gates here. We are talking about uneducated goondas preparing to lead people. Ofcourse as you would have us agree, like Bill Gates these people are also rich...but shall we ask how? Going by your logic, the goverment could erase something that is called "HRD Ministry"....interesting... How educated are you by the way?

I agree about Bill gates & Spielberg and hats off to them. Do we have such genius in our lot ??? It is goonda raj in India and these .......s shud be punished and it is possible with only a military rule. Clean the systems , and then allow the new generation with eduacyion and ideas to start serving in the Military government and eventually hand back the power to civilian rule . LET THE MILTARY our nations guardians / saviours do this honourable job than these goonda ministers.

Once there were politicians who think about their(our) country and served for their respective constituencies. And now being an MLA or MP means earn money not by chance but by choice. Tell me one thing , What is the ultimate aim of anyones education.......to earn money... nothing else. Now tell me if they are earning money by one or two months hectic exercise then why should they invest time in school, college and institutes. They are in a position to modify any law, rule and even SC rulings according to their choice. And a Educated man like you and many others are destined to serve these (i)llieterate people.Dont think about country think about yourself because"IS DESH KA KUCHH NA KUCHH TO HO HI JAYEGA, APNE BARE ME SOCHO YARO" How many politicians are thinking about this poor country.
We all know that our leaders are such.not studying beyond 10th surely would mean that he either flunked or had other interestes to persue and thats a reason he could stand for a MLA post today. think about his mentality and knowledge. tommorrow this guy will lead india too....its really funny to know that a country where there are brilliant people in plenty ,its still ruled by the illiterates. thats the wonder of Democracy.reservartion too had played a crucial role towards this......great going.....
what is a great deal in qualification. all government officials/beurocrates are qualified. does it make any sense. I personally had been asked from a senior professor to buy his book if i want to know how to solve a problem. question.

So Sunil Kumar are you saying that educated professor has rights to corrupt but not a 10th class pass politician?

will the 10th class politician know the Indian constitution and it`s working? Will he know his roles and responsibilities?? it is ppl like these who bring a bad name to the largest democracy in the world. There should be some minimum educational requirement so that uneducated and underprivileged(majority) can vote a guy who knows how to help his constituency rather than himself!
Constitution permits such persons, A graduate or any person below the age of 25 should not have voting power, this will curb voilence and bring maturity.
