Forgot to add . Indian Secularism allows conversion , so if large population in Mizoram wants to convert to Judaism, then there should be no problem---e.
The Mizo Jews was an interesting development, with the church not agreeing to this genetic evidence. Further as native indigenous Mizos were converted by the church , it would be interesting to see how many get converted to Judaism to go to Israel and then of course to go to USA, with and without genetic evidence. This is indeed a very , very interesting phenomena. It was reported in many websites worldwide.
Its unfortunate that the states of nagaland,mizoram,sikkim,manipur,meghalaya has almost no minister worth the salt.Forget the minister,they do not have any personalities known india wide.Bollywood has zero representation.The very few northeast figures that are popular are Sangma,baichung bhutia,Kelly Dorjee and Kunjarani Devi.However hard you try there is no other faces thats recognisable from these states.From kashmir everybody knows about gheelani to shabir shah to mufti.Why are we biased towards these states.We need the next president from these states.

We as Indians have discriminated these people in north east. no prior government has made an effort to develop these states. The only reason why non Hindi states survive in the rest of india is because they make noise. These states in the North East are too small to make any noise. Other small states/UT such as pondicherry have fared better because they have powerful neighboring states.
