The best solution is to have exchange of population between India and Pakistan ( and Bangladesh). Muslims should go there, all remaining non-Muslims should come to India. The orginal J&K ( including Axad Kashmir and Northern Area) should be partitioned; Muslim areas would go to Pakistan and the rests would stay in India. That should have happened in 1947.
if we talk logic,the most important places where Army should be placed is the civilian places. They compose the soft targets for millitatnts and then ethnic cleansing will again begin with terrorists storming hindu houses and killing them. This is a strict no no. wonder why these politicans havent learned till now or maybe making Kashmir and jammu a 100 muslim place their ulterior mitive too....
y is pak government and harliners not recognising their own president/prime minister who signed the LOC shimla AGREEMENT recognising the LOC? pakistan people dont mind it, just because there is no strong civil society there, (democracy) harliners take charge there. the need of the hour is to invest FUNDS in setting up moderate madrassas across all islamic states. these should be set up by moderate and local muslims only. only then, world will be at peace.no doubt, israel also has to restrain itself, but, since there is one voice, one government in israel and usa, their people will not allow them to continue wars. but, 1st, LET MODERATE MUSLIMS TAKE OVER islamic states.
