They should stamp on his passport "Rape Accused" till he clear his name from that charges once charges cleared then that clause should be deleted..so that other govt. cany monitor this guy movement in the cities and other womens can be safe from this..animal.

another instance where a rich brat was spared.and if you ask why,then theres no answer. probably its the different perspective with which the law sees a poor and the rich.I would ask kesliwal to do me a favour by raping the judges daughter or wife or mother too.and then the judge will try to give him a death sentence come what may. Lucky the judge that she wasnt his daughter or wife or mother.instead of hanging kesliwal,its high time we started hanging our judges who draw lines between the rich and poor while delivering judgements
It is ridiculous that he has been banned from travelling when he hasn't even been convicted of the crime - he has only been accused. What kind of judicial system gives that kind of power to women? If a woman accuses a man of rape, he is forced to spend a night behind bars till the case comes up in court, irrespective of whether he is innocent or guilty. The system needs to be reformed.

Hi, If the judicial system hangs the rapist that's fine. What about a nauty girl who rape many men in the name of love and leaves without marrying? Shall we hang them if the concerned man hangs himself due to cheating? You will say no because that's the mentality of women. You will ask for punishment for wrong doing men but not for wrong doing women. Chastity is not in body, it is in heart which sometimes men have and women doesn't have. In this case the law should be reformed, is it ok?
