Dear Mr. Murthy..even if the news going round the corner has any credibility...Please do not accept such offers and get in to political Chakravyuha, coming out of would be difficult for you. You are doing much better job that any other politicians of government by creating a corporate giant, generating employments, developing institutions, etc. You should think of spare the time available in advising other corporates, IIM/Business School students, young entrepreneurs etc. to take India forward.. You will not be able to do any sincere justice by becoming the President of India...that post is meant for retired/70 years above, personalities to appear for inaugurations, Aug 15, Jan 26 functins etc.
NO!!!! I dont think Mr NR RM should corrupt the country. His intentions are good. BUt there are millions of unwanted oppurtunists who benefit from this and inturn change the economy of the city topsy turvey. Thanks to his Highness Humbleness of Middle class citizen type of living, now b'cauz of Infosys and the millions other benefiting from it, There is no space in B'lore that can be acquired at its worth. Its a simple measurement of Super Hype by his company. B'lore is DOOMED thanx to the mentor. If he becomes the Prez we will have to leave the country to live. Right now we have the option of leaving Bangalore.
Hi I would certainly support Mr Kalam as a president for the next term for the reasons of the calmness and performance he has shown during his current tenure. Thinking of Mr. Narayan Murthi as probable prospect for a president term in the near future, I am not sure of that. I dont deny the fact that Mr. Narayan Murthy has been instrumental in many things in the IT field and has had the experience in the advisory boards. However I would feel that Mr. Murthy could be more biased towards the IT fraternity and not modernization. I feel in country like India, modernization and computerization is very important but we must not digress from the backbone of the country i.e. Agriculture. We need to improve and apply modernization there. Will Mr. Murthy be thinking in that way is the question?

Indian president is just a rubber stamp with no powers. Let them make NRN the prime minister of india and make Manmohansingh the next President.
Surely not. Mr Murthy is not the breed of person who has the political will to shape the destiny of this nation. His charisma is of different nature and not suited for the post of President. We have seen him as a great Corporate Citizen and Leader. Let us wish he continues to bring laurels to this nation in his present capacity as the Chief Mentor of Infosys and many more institutions of this type. Let Dr Kalam be the last of the intellectuals drawn into the political quagmire and let politicians of great repute and integrity don the post of President.
Dont make the foolish thing happen again. We already lost a teacher for 5 yrs by making him the president. Let them be a teacher and mentor. Better we can make lalooji as president so that he cant do anything bad. Make the best culprit as president as he cant do anything.
