1.First of all Naraya Murthy has no personality - his gait is abnormal like a spastic so is his eye veiw, you dont know who he is looking at ):
2. He doesnt have a doctorate degree he is just an Engineer with masters only !
3. He is not a peoples person like APJ Kalam who has won the hearts of so many people.NarayanaMurhty is an arrogant IIT idiot who thinks anyone who doesnt graduate from IIT is a fool- doesnt he know about Harvard, AIIMS JIPMER etc
4.This Infosys guy couldnt even handle the bangalore airport issue , how will he handle India and international problems.
5. He is highly manipulative and glory seeking - se how he setup one of his employees to ask if he could be president- a clever ploy but very obvious !
6. IT guys in INDIA are getting a feeling that they are demi gods that because of the recent economic sucess, but do they know they are silicon slaves !
7. When people like bill gates are not even thinking anything of a post like even a senator, Narayanamurthy is best with floppy disc and CDROMS - he doesnt know what Human life is !!!!!!! Its best he remains a computer GEEK !
Mr. NRN should enter a political party. The best thing can happen to india, is Mr. NRN becoming PM.HE SHOULD BECOME PM.The forward thinking party like BJP should invite Mr. NRN in to the party with a promise of PM OR some very authoritative post if comes back to power.
whether it is narayan murthy or any other personality who has got a wide vision to make india a developed country, there is no sense in becoming a president because everything is in minister/politicians control. until & unless president rule to be implemented in the country, then there might be worth to think who can become the president.president is nothing but the king with no power in india they are just puppets

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT NOT PRESIDENT RULE SAY MILITARY RULEAND HEADED BY A PERSON WHO MUST BE MIXTURE OF NEPOLEAN AND STALIN
I think the best option is Dr.M.S.Gill (Former Election commissioner). He is the right kinda person for this post. Narayanmurty is an industrialsit. He will not be the better option. Someone from the Sikh community should be posted for this post and M.S. Gill is the best option.

I think, The presidents post is still a grey area in Indian contitution, no one explored its potential to full extent. I propose T.N. Sheshan will be right siutable condidate for that post.Just Imagine how the election commsion works now and before T.N.Sheshan time.Let him also make that diffrence once again.

Yes, mahesh muliyala, that makes sense as Seshan is a constitutional expert. If you go for NarayanaMurthy, you might as well cherry-pick any self-made billionaire or even a Dawoodbhai for a post which calls for the world-standing of a Radhakrishnan or the legal expertise of a Prasad or the educational innovative experience of a Zakir Husain. Lets not erode this top titular post with some Bollywood rocker or another rocket scientist. Indians who have been abroad know fully well how we indians go for one-eyed kings among the blind( andho meh kana raja). Actually, Kalam cuts a sorry figure in the West with his unkempt appearance and his broad engleeeeeeeesh accent which grates on some of us ! Lets return some dignity and gravitas to our Rashtrapatiji!

WHAT IS THE RELEVANCY OF PRESIDENT IN INDIA. HE IS NOTHING FOR THIS COUNTRY. HE IS LIKE ANY IAS/IPS OFFICER WHO CAN NOT TAKE ANY DECISION ON THEIR OWN AND HE HAS TO COMPLY WITH POLITICIANS.WHETHER IT IS SHESHAN OR M.S.GILL.
My personal opinion is that Mr.Murthy should not accept the offer being Prez of India....he comes from very literate background and It will be too difficult for him to get out best out of him because of Indian Democratic system where most of the M.Ps are either illetrates or caste-ridden... his output will not be as same as he is currently doing....if at all Mr.Murthy's services have to be taken he should be made Dy.Chairman , Planning Commision or he should head some commitee on economic reforms something like that.....If Mr.Kalam accepts second tenure then thats the best in current scenario otherwise next name comes to my mind is Sh.Bhairon Singh Shekhawat who has great experience behind him . He has remarkably convened Rajya Sabha and whatever duties assigned to him...President of India Post is not some C.E.O post , it is by and large constitutional post which is governed by Constitution Of India . As we all know our constitution has lost its sheen because of varied reasons . Most of the powers in India are held by P.M not the president. Mr.Murthy is a simple man and surely he would not cherish any assignment which he will feel suffocated after sometime because of limitations which comes with such post . He can be best suited for Finance Minister / Cabinet minister for IT & telecommunications of India as well. If at all Mr.Murthy's services have to be taken then it should not be waistage of his potential , it is my firm opinion.
Excellent choice. But not easy. congress wants their puppet and communist wants their person so it will be difficult. no politician is worried about india's future

EXACTLY, BUT, NOT ONLY FUTURE, PRESENT ALSO. THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA POST IS ONLY FOR THE NAME.THE POST OF PRESIDENT IN INDIA IS LIKE TOOTHLESS SNAKE.HE CAN ONLY WHISPER BUT .....LOOK AT ANY BILL PASSED BY THESE CORRUPT POLITICIANS, IF ANY PRESIDENT LIKE IT OR NOT AND REFUSE TO SIGN IT THEN HE CAN ONLY REFUSE IT TWO TIMES ONLY AND AT LAST HE HAS TO SIGN ON THAT BILL.ALL POWERS OF DEMOCRACY IS IN THE HAND OF THESE POLITICIANS.
How many people realy know that all our presidents have been living in absolute maharaja syle luxury - the rashtrapati bhavan has 255 rooms, a staff of over 500 , is completely air-conditoned and even has an indoor swimming pool !!! The president also does not move out without an entourage of 12 luxury limousines every time - in a country where half the popualtion finds it difficult to have a square meal a day !
