by Braj KISHORE on Apr 08, 2007 04:33 PM  Permalink

Mr. PM, at least people could not expect such type of statement from your side, a very laurate person. Everybody has the crystal clear picture of our politics that how much dirty it is. If the Indian court will not intervene then everybody knows that then India will not the place to live. And then on which people you will rule. So, better you BEWARE before speeching such type of statements.

PM statement on Judiciary
by smart on Apr 08, 2007 04:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think that our PM and other leaders are not having faith in Judiciary system which is giving good decisions in favour of common public. This remarks by PM on Judiciary will only result in him loosing credibility and dignity of himself.
A strong Judiciary system without control from corrupt politicians is now real need.
Common people are happy that people like Balakrishnan are at position of Cheif Justice.
PM must take back his incorrect statement and leave Judiciary system to work without influence of his office.

we should also hire judges from outside(Britain),judicary is not capable to control the corruption in her field,WHY EVERY TIME ALL HIGH COURT LEAVE THE Seats vacant after taking very big exam and after that it say suitable candidate are not found from all our India...reason judges wants ther kids and kins.so we should get all new judges from outside.intensily all high court(In Delhi, haryan punjab,ETC.EVERY WHERE) leave the seats vacants to retain their monopoly

and what mall wala, judiciary nothing to gain from malls, they are just trying to see the reason to executives that either don't make a law and if u make a law and respect it, not use to make more money in corropts mean

an imp ques
by Arvind on Apr 08, 2007 04:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

why doesnt the ellection commission and SC question the parliament as to why thers no minimum qualification for candidates contesting polls for seats in parliament...

why doesnt the current indian government and so cald messiah of backward and poor ppl, dnt
make a rule for minimum qualifications as bachelors...

ppls open ur eyes...they wud never make a rule to benifit the country..take the case of office of profit bill...the bill was just created so as to support and retain corrupt politicians like sonia gandhi, arun jaitely,Mrs.Bachhan etc who were caught misusing their powers and collecting money...the bill was just introduced to protect them and bring the politicians back...even BJP the so cald opposition dint revolt much jus cos even their MP's were caught...
so ppl ealise and understand tht no rule is created for betterment of people...the judiciary has seen enough of drama of politicians and its high time corrup politicians are thrown out..

our ancestors drafted such a constitution only cos even they wanted to be elected into and form the government...i guess most of the freedom fighters were illeterate...and they deserved a place in the government..obviously cos the fought for the freedom...it was fine then...they din have any bad intentions..

but today these politicians use this flaw in constitution and contest pools and get ellected by backdoor...most have criminal background and use all money of people for personal use and illegal possesions..i am against that..and as a solution i guess the parliament can only be cleaned if there is a min qualification mentioned in constitution...it wud be a ve step

PM is correct.Judiciary is interfearing with govt day to day buisiness.
1.Delhi CNG case .Judiciary is directing.
Delhi Master plan, judiciary is directing
Delhi, polution level judiciary is directing.

but
Delay in pending cases, NO ACTION no DIRECTION, Not bothered

Y so meny polititions got scape through in courts?
not a single case is proved against polititions in court.
Is judiciary is corrupt?
Ayodya case is pending since 15 years
Boffors case is pending since 20 years. It will be taken up when some polititions tell them to open to counter some opposition party.
Is it correct by judiciary?

Please go thro the procedures of the court before commenting. In cases involving politicians, it is usually the prosecution meaning the police that screws up. No court can convict anybody on in sufficiant evidence. In case of Ayodhya, you will not get any judgement from any court in the world because it is not a legal question. Bofors is another classic example of screw up by the CBI
