Dont overstep limits, PM tells judiciary
by satish jadhav on Apr 09, 2007 10:46 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is really amusing!
The politicians have already overstepped into the lives of Aam Aadmi. If people who are supposed to be behind bars are ruling, then it is only the judiciary is the last ray of hope of the millions. If our learned PM talks about judiciary(rather gives a subtle hint of gagging judiciary),then he is talking through his hat(nay turban) The language that he is speaking is not HIS but it is HIS MASTER's VOICE whose family believes only COMMITTED JUDICIARY(of course to the family and party and not to the country).

Mr. PM,

We still have hope on you. Please do not bend to the caste based politics. Let us make India great by development and equal opportunities.

Please let our children to realize their dreams, do not put any blocks in their path in the name of reservation.

Reservation do bring no long term good to any one. I belong to a caste which enjoys a good percentage of reservation. But i feel guilty when i realize how i grabbed other persons opportunity.

Just think twice and act sternly, Indian history will praise you.

Others who aggressively supports reservation, please understand these political maniacs, who is taking us a ride by these sensitive issues. Let us live in accord. Let our youngsters be together.

-Follow your DREAMS...

Judiciary & Politicians
by Pat Thakur on Apr 09, 2007 08:10 AM  Permalink

As it is, no politician, leader, tycoon, self - styled mesiah, govt. organisation, NGO etc. cares to heed the judiciary system's verdicts nor implement them. They openly defy the judiciary, knowing that it can be manipulated by buying the system itself. The common masses have to bear the brunt of this. Their precious years (sometimes tens of years) and hard - earned money is blown away only to get unfavourable verdicts.
Why have such a system when we know nobody believes in it and is reluctant to approach it? Let the people with clout themselves make and implement verdicts. That will at least save -
a) The Education System from the Labour of creating Barristers.
b) The Bureaucracy from the Headache of making Judge's Appointments (Under - The - Table/ Reservation Backlog/ Recommendations etc. taken into account.)
c) The National Exchequer from having to bear the brunt of Affording these White Elephants.
