PM's statement, to say the least, is most unfortunate. It is because of the failures of both the Legislatures and the Executives, at the Centre and in the States, that the Courts, again at the State and the Central level, have to intervene. The people of India will always remember the innumerable occasions when the Courts' intervention led to the people's good which is what, ultimately, is aimed at by all. If only the Executives and the Legislatures were performing their assigned duties, responsibly and impartially, there would be no need for the Courts to intervene. After all, it would considerably minimise their work-load if they have not to take upon the onerous tasks of actings as 'umpires' on affairs with which they are not concerned but are forced by circumstances to be concerned. I do hope the readers would agree.
after 55 years of congress disaster,and coalition politics, india needs a 20 year dictatorship under a well educated sane wise COUNCIL of twenty people with defined funds allocated for education, commerce, health and defence (not aggression). We do not need any reservation in this country based on any criteria except economic hardship. PERIOD. every job/educational institution should be based ONLY on merit. no minority/majority appeasement strategies...plain EQUALITY on basis of citizenship of INDIA..no domicility based on state...

I appreciate your bold and brave writeup.It is sad that Majority is being ruled by the minority.If nationalists forces unite and if so called protectors of Hindutva unite and fight for second independence, we can get rid off Congress cancer otherwise after this years elections so called Rahul fake Gandhi will marry another foreigner and she will enter the portals of parliament with print and visual media support and rule us.Unfortunately youths in are being mislead with call center,burger and pizza junk food joint culture which will put india in wrong direction.
none has the moral rights to question it. If the judiciary doesnt give justice in a particular case why doesnt the prime minister intervene? Why does he allow situations in states where the judiciary becomes puppets in the hands of local political muscle power? Perhaps he cannot justify the same faults his party does in similar sitauations. So long as the judiciary or legislature intervenes for public good, truth and justice, we dont care. The only thing that matters is they serve the purpose of democracy, the welfare of the nation.

Thanks for your information useful for the youths like us.Unfortunately Voters are being cheated and there is no patriotism left in the political party including the hindutva forces based on their infighting,hence we get the government such as UPA and dynasty rule.It is being sold in a systematic manner only "international agents" know them very well not the armchair seated hindutva forces.
If only Dr.Singh could say the same to politicians. He has criminals in parliament and as his ministers and hes asking the judiciary for stay in limits.
