The Indian Judiciary is filled up with uppercaste hindus whose political views are very much to the right of the political spectrum. Although until now the judiciary's role has not been questioned but approprite steps need to be taken, such as the view of larger benches when issues relating to different communities and castes(braodlyspeaking social justice affairs)are under the scanner. And no this will not be against judicial procedures as a similar norm exists in other diverse constitutional republics like US. This gives more legitimacy to the verdict.
Remember: Justice must not only be done, butalso seen to be done.

there are bigger reasons why many hindus converted. They faced discrimination. That is one of the reason.

there are more than 500 million converts in subcontinent. You think all of them got benefits. Discrimination played it's role too due to which fabric of the society was weakened and predators used it. Let's accept it. I know that people convert to enjoy sops but there are other social factors like discrimination involved which create that atmosphere. If you pick an individual and see the deficiencies in him/her, it's easy to find weakness and you will come across many. But it's better to see the deficiencies in society at large and rectify it.
Does the honourable high court mean to say that its interpretaion of law and facts are subject to number of people on the bench? Then it is better to have all HC judges sitting on the bench and deciding as in a few days they will say that this current bench is under staffed!!
I have been observing for quite some time that whenever anything is written strongly against the minority community, it is reported as 'abuse' whereas I can see a letter flashed on my screen which blantly abuses the base religion of this great country. May be, that is freedom of speech, an exclusive right of the minorities.
The concept of minorities and majorities in India is a big divider. The politicians just need votes and so they simply play the game of divide and rule. They make the majority happy earlier and then bring in the quota regime to make the minorities also happy and thus cash on. At the end i feel that the normal people, that is the middle class have to suffer as they dont get their say and have to suffer from all the shit rules laid down by these politicians.
India has more muslims, than that in Pakistan. But still they are minority and they enjoy all the quotas. The worst hit in all this are the middle class.

I wanted to report you as spam as this is the same post that is given on every dalit event posted on rediff and is irrelevant to the article. Your statements are libelous and abusive too. Who do you think you are to say what Hindu parents do so authoratively? YOu are a liar and not fit to remain in India. Also one more tning- if your anti Hindu observations are biased by your religion it is time you followed your volunatry deploration directive as you are training yourself to enhance divisions.

aakashat prathitham toyam, yadaa gachchati saagaram, sarva deva namaskaraha, keshavam pratigachchati. It means, wherever water from the clouds fall on the earth, it eventually finds its way into the sea. So also, prayer offered to any God, eventually finds its way to the Supreme Self.
