Its about time to scrap the entire reservation system which is based on religion and caste. Its time we move to reservation based on families that are poorer socio-economically, where annual take home is less than INR 50,000 /- or so.

Well said Ecomkid ! the reservation system based on the community and cast should be thorwn to the garbage ,. I knw one opf my friends , who belongs to the Brahmin cast, failed to make his place in the MBBS entrance list because of the system and another friend (same year) with lower Rank getting in to the system just because he is a Muslim. The irony is the former one is a poor guy and the latter one is really really (so called filthy) rich. What a tragedy !!!!
As job is considered as the basic requirement for raising up his kids and looking after his family, the ways to obtain a Job should be easier for a poor man not for a Rich minority guy !
So the reservation should be based on the income not on the race or cast !

Hi wasim, If sikhs r the first target of Muslims. So muslims r the first target of all the people in this world.(including HINDUS ans CHRISTANS). And i know in only INDIA (BHARAT) we have hindus, chirstans and U ALL SICK PPL muslims, u all must be thankful of us that we gave ur religion much priorty than any other country.U know if u gone to pakistan aur any other gulf conutry u all r treated as "NOTHING" u know the meaning of nothing a thing which has no value.

Hi Neha, Please dont bark simply ! When u say something, then you should be knowing about that ! I know how Gulf states are treating Hindus..... In Dubai: ask any of ur Dubai friends, where is the temple located, just close to Muslim Masjid, and Hindus are having all the rights to do their poojas and stuffs. There are 3 temples in a small city ( part of a MUSLIM COUNTRY, ruled by MUSLIMS) like Dubai. And come and see the Gov owned companies, u could c lots of lots of non muslims working as Senior Executives. Go to Oman, and ask for the Khimji Group, 40% of foreign money recieved for RSS (yeah ofcause not from terrorists or criminals but from the RSS followers)come from this group. And still they have got the Nationality there, they are citizens and they enjoy all the benefits (infact extra benefits) from the Gov. so that they could make their business in to a multi million empire.
So please dont think that ur Gaebelsian Theory would work out agaiin ! Try to be like a HUMAN BEING ! at least pretend like a human

Do you know the kind of communal audio and video cassetees tht circle (and still circling) thru kerala by islamic fanatics since the 80s? this is nothing compared to that. Muslim leaders make communal speaches in the open...once a mufti said Geeta should be thrown in the waste bin !! I feel pity for the Hindus..who didnt react !! you guys get away with it just because you r vote banks...there are alot of muslim townships (in Kerala)that support pakistan openly when there is a match between India and Pakistan. Still you guys r tolerated. Yes, India is a Hindu nation...and BJP is a Hindu party..if you dont like it please move to Pakistan.

What u said is absolutely correct...that all except Hindus are Intruders......but we are secular.... and every single politician and normal human being who read this know this too...but pretend as dont know......I am not for HINDU HINDU and all....but we should better realise before it is too late that others are behind THIER RESPECTIVE RELIGION.....It is understood that in Madarassa one of the important agenda and motivation of Muslims are to increase thier population....irrespective of thier bringing up situations are favourable or not....this is only to make Hindu a minority after a few decades from now.....(Not few century pl note)....so the remedy is not Hindus should also help to increase the population...but the remedy is to CALL A SPADE A SPADE....that is before it is too late bring the Population formula striclty applicatble to Muslims too same as that for Hindu....and much more which should help to take away the Anti Hindu mentality of Muslims from the grass roots of thier brain and mind.....God bless India.
I am very much thankful to Illahabad High Court for their decision. On what grounds anyone can show them as minority. We should be shame to be a Hindu. As we are living in Hindustan we are hindu but on every major holy place they had build up their mosques. Ayodhyaya, Mathura, Kashi Vishwanath all are holy place for hindus but they had build their mosques. Ayodhyay mein abhi tak Ram Mandir nahi bana hai. Are bhai hum hindustan mein rahte hai. jaha chahe vaha Ram Mandir banayage. Kyo hume court se roka jaata hai. all this is only due to these politicans. Jago Hindustanio nahi to vo din door nahi jub aapke thirt sthano par jaane ke liye aapko muslim leaders se permission leni hoge.
The decision came from highest authority after studying the case well.See,in kerala also hindus are minority if you study the population ratio and statitics. India is a secular country in which all the reservation for the minority must be removed.Give chances to those who are eligibile based on merits and their capacity.Reservation will not help any society to come upward.NO RESERVATION!NO MINORITY!NO MAJORITY! that should be the slogan for the awakeing INDIA.

My dear brother Islam is most safe in India than in any other country including Islamic countries.If you take the country as a whole Islam may be a minority.But for a big nation like us with federal structure,it is not fair to treat them as minority nationally.Minority status should be given to any community only based on their population in a particular state.In that scenrio Hindus should be given minority status in J&K and north-east.Muslims and christians form a big chunk of the population in Kerala(Hindus only 51%)and both are wealthy communities through gulf and american money .Still they enjoy a minority status and reaping away all the benefits of it.The polititians do know it,but on fear of losing votes they are turning their eyes away from reality.Nobody cares for the plight of hindus as they are divided to different castes and polititians are exploiting this fact.The district malappuram(muslims r a majority) has become the epicenter of Islamic fundamentalism and militancy in kerala .It is most welcome that UP high court has given such a much wanted verdict to ensure social justice.The govt should take appropriate steps so that minority status will be given to a particular communitiy only based on their population in a particular state.

We demand to know from the government how much hindu taxpayer money is going towards funding of madarsa, mosques, salaries of Imams, subsidising the HAJ etc.
