Which moron at Rediff moderates the Board
by A Bc on Apr 03, 2007 02:35 PM  Permalink

Dude.. why don't you just say you won't accept any posts which disagree with your view..

There was no element of spam, abuse, pornography, etc. in it.. but still you remove it..

Is it 1935 Germany all over again...

Actually, it's just the bunch of retards at Rediff who don't really have a real job...because they are not very well read...

Let's see how long this message stays here..

SECOND TERM MUST
by mohammed iqbal on Apr 03, 2007 02:33 PM  Permalink

I being an NRI we feel very proud to tell people from other nationals that the first person of our country is a great scientist. When we ask the same to them they reply huuumm....rrrr..aaaa...our pre...is huuumm%u2026.is...OK but not as intelligent as yours.

These responses make us feel proud and they won%u2019t boast about their leaders and country. They easily accept India is under safe hands and it progress is on right track.

Due to the above he should continue until we find a better or equivalent replacement.

It is better if Rediff go ahead with an Opinion Poll and forward the statistics to the Govt. ASAP.

Indeed he is great...
But there are some issues related to death sentece and it are pending with President. Either keep the punishment as it or forgive him...Dont keep him hanging with life.
He has done so many things for country, we are proud of him. But take the decisons without any fear. good or bad.

Inspired to do what exactly..
Tell me how their lives are going to change just because they met Kalam... And what inspiration - did he get the Presidency because he did something very noble... and if you're talking about the Bomb...seems it's intensified the arms race...

Ha ha ha ha good comment on the Kiran Bedi one. But you do have to agree that Kalam ji has been good and proactive in his term. Its not his fault that he doesn't have higher powers.

Can you hate Kalam??
by amitabh roy on Apr 03, 2007 02:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

There is no point writing paens to a person of the stature of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He has been in the public domain for the last 40 yrs. And still not a single accusing finger has been raised which can cast aspersions on his integrity. How many individuals can command that sheer respect from his countrymen? If we dont' have him as our next president too it will be the nation's loss.If he can reach out to a million more young minds and out of that if even 100 can be inspired imagine what India can be with 100 Kalams?
His greatest contributions -
1. inspiring the young
2. teaching us humility with grace
3. simplicity still counts
4. to become a human first
Rest others know much better.

However hoarse we cry on Indian politics I still have hope that there are sane people. We not only need Kalam for India alone but on a more selfish note for us for our children and our society.
