Musharaff - the compulsory liar
by T.P. Viswanathan on Sep 29, 2006 11:07 PM  Permalink

We have heard of people telling half truth, but here is a man holding highest office in the country and telling full lie always everywhere. His own slippery tongue blurted out the truth 'when he said ISI has been doing what exactly Pakistan Government wanted to'. Whether honest or dishonest, it is an admission that should not be lost sight of especially by such organizations as Amnesty International. He is one of the rarest State leader who is capable of telling lies anytime anywhere.

Amnesty International's observations on Pakistan's Human Right record
by C V R Bharati on Sep 29, 2006 05:44 PM  Permalink

Pakistan is like a big animal farm. And ISI is the keeper of the farm. The US's war on terror has come as a windfall for the keepers of this farm. The ISI manufacturers al quaeeda and Taleban terrorists in the wastelands using the agencies like Hijbul Mujahideen and Let besides many other unknown terror cells which are maintained by Pakistani government. When there is a need to commit the terror acts in Afghanistan or in Iraq or in India or in US or in UK, these cadres of trained militants are used to stage the operation. And when ISI wants cash, it sells the cadres as terrorist suspects to US for transfer to Guantanamo prison for some cash reward which Musharraf has himself admitted to having received from CIA either to his account or on Pakistan's behalf. Typical animalfarm owner's attitudes.
