The point here is why the Indian Laws are so pathetic that everyone has to move to the apex court. Why do we establish such a system which cannot work. Is this only the game of Politicians, and everyone as general public can just see and ignore coz the reason is they are afraid of the "Gunda" politicians. In simple statement all Politicians are same (Gundas)now wat we currently know them as!!!!!
